I feel like she is a guest role and is just there to make Chi Yeol realise that he really does have feeling for Haeng Seon. It's probably also to make Haeng Seong feel jealous haha

The ending was that the members of the Rainbow Taxi don't get arrested for what they have done, because "there is not enough evidence" to prove them guilty. They all go their own seperate ways, until all the characters receive a ping on their pagers and convene at Sung-Chul’s hideout once again. It turns out they’re still working at Rainbow but now working to do this using both sides of the law.
