Why are the comments comparing this show to LBFAD (and LLTG)? It doesn’t make sense 5o me because the genre is different. The trailer appeared like a good mix of Wuxia and Jianghu. Not necessarily Xanxia. So when I read all the comparisons it sounds logical as “Lord of the rings was so good! I doubt Harry Potter will reach this level.” My pointy is that’s unrelated and not a fair comparison.
I’ve seen the trailer, liked it and will watch the show. You could be right that it’s not as exciting as the other shows but let’s wait for airing first before we make a judgement, okay?

i watched Ep 11 and want to smack the actor boy friend so hard. he annoyed me from the start - so I’m not surprised that he’s got zero backbone and that our fl is tired.
The story was so predictable that it took me an eternity to finish the show. The actors were great but the script lacked a lot and felt literally draggy. What a pity! #Viki

but the ending, let’s just say that it wouldn’t have hurt them to zoom out of a CGI wedding as a very last moment. but it’s still good.
