Yeah I was left traumatised too . We all know how horrible the ending was in "Legend of Yun Xi" (but later on they released also a 2nd ending which was happy, to satisfy the viewers).
Also at "Blooms at Ruyi's pavilion " I loved the 2nd couple. They had a very interesting love story but the male lead was left paralyzed at the end and on a wheelchair. Damn 😥

Yeah sure. I like Immortal Samsara and the brutal /realistic way this drama depicts death and grief. Other Xianxias like Love and Destiny , Love and redemption, TMOPB , Eternal love of dream , Ancient love poetry all of them contained huge massacres but none of them focused too much on the PTSD that the soldiers got from the war or the pain of the orphans. Immortal Samsara is a very unique and different drama. It's psychological in a way. Those who died were almost "lucky " in comparison with those whom left alive with PTSD syndrome

Yeah and also the other scene with the white haired general begging his friends to kill him because he can no longer take the pain.
Also the fact that Yumo lost not only his parents but also his mentor and Yandan doesn't love him , so he's always depressed and left behind.
Every character died in ep7-8. There's literally no one left lol. All the cast got killed in an instant and the few that left behind are constantly in pain

It's the most tragic Xianxia of all.
It even surpasses "Journey of flower" in terms of depression. 👀
Every character main/side suffers and people keep dying non stop.

It's a great production and it deserves all the pain I've been through as a viewer

I wasn't mentally prepared for this massacre on eps 7 and 8. 👀

Actually she "committed suicide " (in a way that's what she did ....)
simply because Wolfie was gravely sick . He would die soon and she would be left alone. That's why she went to take her silly revenge. She didn't care much if she would die because he would soon be dead as well from severe sickness. She died in his arms and later on he'll be dead as well 😓

Yeah.
They were deeply in love and despite the many misunderstandings between them, they managed to forgive one another. In the last episodes they were together and so in-love with each other but she died and he left alone. WTF 😓

Don't worry. They have changed so many things in the drama that it'll be completely unrecognisable from which novel is coming from 😅

"The winter, the wind blows" is very melodramatic, involves blindness and plenty of romance.

After what happened with Deng Lun and Crystal Yuan , I'm scared to death that all my favourite dramas will get cancelled right before their airing 😭

They released their new trailer though , a week ago. That gives me some hope

I loved this drama. The story , the chemistry of the main leads. I don't want to wait 2-3 years to watch it , or watch it reshooted with an other actress. I'm trying to stay positive as well. But it's hard. The last 2 days things are getting only worse for Crystal Yuan. It's horrible.

Today the drama producer of "Fox fairy little match maker : red moon" confirmed that Yuan Bing Yang will no longer continue to play the 2nd female lead.
This is a very expensive S+ upcoming Xianxia drama.
The drama industry isn't supportive towards her at the moment due to the "soft ban" she got.
Under this horrible situation I can't see any way of "Love never fails" to be released any time soon.
Either they will reshoot all her scenes with an other actress or the drama will remain unreleased for at least 1-2 more years.
Love never fails cost over 200 millions to be produced. Crystal yuan's soft ban had scared the industry that they might loose their money. They aren't gonna release it soon . They gonna go for a reshoot with a new actress for sure.
