For the second female lead (Na Ji Na) there is a love triangle with the 2 guys (Cha Joo ik ) and (Lee Hyun Gyu). So LSH is the 2nd male lead for the 2nd female lead lol xD He's always type casted like that.
But there’s no reason for the drama to be get canceled. Did something happened regarding this drama?
1) "Joseon exorsist" 2) "Wolf" Which stopped it's filming many years ago when the 2 lead actors got hit by a car during filming. It was supposed to start filming in 2021 again but never happened and got "cancelled ".
Every other drama got released without any problems. Korea is very accurate with its release dates. I wish Chinese dramas were so accurate as well lol xD I'm waiting 2 or 3 years for some Historical Chinese dramas to be released and they postpone them or even cancel them for ridiculous reasons :'(

It's very sad. He dies in her place, after taking a thunder- tribulation from the heavens. In the last scene of the drama as she traveling, she meets a young boy that resembles him. Faqk that ending lol xD I wasted 32 hours

-- There is a lot of chemistry between the main couple. I'm not a fan of Gulinaza but I have to admit her acting here is very nice. She's charming. -- The main couple has a hate-love relationship. When Ye Ming wakes up from her 10 years -coma she doesn't remember what exactly happened to her. She wakes up isolated in a room and she's Xin Jian's prisoner. He is very caring towards her and treats her nicely but he also keeps from her so many secrets. She gets more and more suspicious of him and soon enough the only thing she wants is to be released free. Although she knew Xin Jian in the past when he was a innocent child, she can't help it but feel threatened by him ( since he keeps her imprisoned without a convincing explanation). At the same time , it's clear that he is deeply in love with her. This kind of relationship is not cliche at all
Negatives:
-- It has many fillers. The main couple gets introduced at the end of ep2. So ep1 is boring. Ep 2-8 are very good and the plot is moving fast but ep9-15 are full of fillers. It's full of side couples with boring stories -- Doesn't have many action scenes. They wanted to reduce the CGI's cost probably so the action- fantasy scenes are greatly reduced.
I give it a 7/10 Just for the main couple's chemistry.

I've lost hope, but I still wish they wouldn't made him a killer. I wish he wouldn't have killed the priest and the granny. Especially the granny! Poor Bong Yi is gonna freak out if she finds out
I loved Jung Il Woo from his dramatic role in the Historical sageuk "Haechi". I'm used to him playing the kindhearted and ill fated prince. First time I see him as a poor male lead^^

Hello. I noticed that today they got a subbing team and channel manager for the drama on Viki. Now the only thing left is to release the episodes for the subbing team :) Normally I wouldn't be so interested for this drama since it has low ratings but I like the story. It's good for those who suffer from 2nd male lead syndrome lol xD I did some research on Google. Xin Jian (male lead) is basically not the love interest of the Female lead. She used to be in love with someone else and that's something we don't see very often. She even accused Xin Jian (in the trailer) that he separated her from her previous lover. He was obsessively in love with her for more than 2000 years. At some point he kept her imprisoned for 10 years to "protect" her. But she never liked him at all. (I can totally see why lol, he's so possessive ) . I'm very curious if he'll manage to change and learn to love her in a more caring way , without expecting to control her and if she'll ever have feelings for him.
Was it confirmed because some fans are speculating that the ML might be Simon Gong instead?
Hmm after the success of "World of honour" I wouldn't be surprised if they cast him . I'm not into BL at all , but I heard the acting of both leads was good. Normally Mydramalist is accurate with the cast announcements. But we can never be sure. xD
And I like it better if it's not comedy. But, it still on my watchlist. Hopefully it will be a good drama.
Me too. Because 99% of the time they overdo it with the comedy and the drama becomes awful. This has an interesting plot. It would be so nice if it wasn't comedy. I'll watch it but still it could have been better xD
