I think he actually did, and the villain did too, but the villain kills the others in process and considers them as collateral. I never read the webtoon. But I feel like the collateral people can also be killed with no evidence with their power, but collateral people had to be related to the person they are actually killing. Thats what i got out of it.

I mean whole drama is leading to plot armored MC against plot armored villain. I mean thats their superpower, and the showdown of who got bigger plot armor. But they got way too many twists at the end lmao..

Although one thing I don't get is, they obviously had king and queen, I mean there are imperial soldiers. So when people dying at a massive scale, what was the king and nobles doing lmao. I feel like they probably were like meh, random martial arts sects duking it out, better for us to not lose soldiers by interfering, it is funny tho to think about it.

This was honestly really good; I don't know why people are saying they don't like it. I like the twists they have.
