I get hooked on genres from time to time, so it looks like it's revenge dramas for now. Hoping this one keeps me entertained while I anxiously wait for the final two episodes of Eve. I also have a tendency to binge on hot fries while I watch them. I only hope my stomach holds up.
The sexual tension in this drama is more dramatic than all the nudity displayed on American TV. I 'd much rather rely on my imagination than have it shoved in my face. Honestly, I haven't watched any American TV since I discovered the internet.
A very good watch. Appreciated the maturity of the wife - she had contributed her all to the marriage & really loved the cheater. He just kept digging himself deeper & deeper (no wonder he had stomach problems); he had no one to blame but himself. Great acting by all the cast.
I want the wfe to leave him reeling. If she doesn't come out smelling like a rose, this will be my last infidelity drama - like I haven't said that before.
First, Hawick has played many roles like this, so I knew going in that it would be convoluted. Second, after the first few episodes, I reclassified this from a melodrama to a soap opera. Consequently, I was neither surprised nor disappointed at all the plot twists & just went with it. Since I've become bored with all the idol dramas, this was a somewhat long, rather semi-interesting relief from what's available to watch.
I'm fairly easy to please when it comes to dramas. But finishing this one was definitely not easy. Conversations between the characters was stilted, rather like they were sneaking a peak at cue cards or something. This drama definitely taught me a valuable lesson - don't stick around with the hope that the drama will get better.
One of those dramas you overlook. Then when you have nothing else to watch, you begin...All these years & I missed out on a magnificient drama. And I'm one critical person - it's not a fluffy, idol-driven drama. It's a mature, thought-provoking "gem."
It's all good when mothers are interested in their children's education, but the pressure an overzealous mother can put on her child...I personally don't believe true intelligence can be determined by pencil & paper.
Sorry if this question's been posted before, but I'm getting that the FL owned the land where Trin built the house for his wife? She had signed the land over to him before she supposedly died, right?
There is some truth to the saying: They don't make them like they use to. And this is one of those lakorns (bad quality & all) that rings true. Loved it.
I enjoyed it - other than it took a long time to get from point A to point B. Have to forgive Win in the end, only because he seemed to have suffered a lot those last few years (which he deserved).
Both the prequel and this drama are worth watching. There is no one who can compete with Thai actresses when it comes to evil expressions - they make me quake in my boots.
Not sure how I missed this one, but I'm so glad I accidently happened upon it. I thought it was a really nice drama - I even shed a few tears along the way. Thailand has come a long way in the entertainment business. I'm really impressed.
