Really liked the first episode.
A bit frustrated at myself because I recognized a lot of the words he used for his inner thoughts but my brain is not working and I can't remember what some of them mean 😩

I was looking at the subtitles from the fan sub many keep mentioning and it didn't have the inner thoughts in the first episode. Does anyone else have them?

It doesn't bother me that he was with another woman for the same reasons you listed. What I'm waiting to see is if it truly started when she was in prison or before their son was killed because that will change how I feel.

She already apologized in the video. Even EH said all he wanted was an apology so he doesn't know what to do now because she had already apologized all those years ago but he didn't know. That's why he's having a hard time, cause his reason for revenge is gone.

They both still love each other but for HW that love, right now, is pushed down by the miserable life he's had these last 3 years.

HI is trying to succeed in this world she lives in and with this family she has. In front of everyone she's strong and cold because she needs to be if she wants to succeed. She loves HW and protects him from her family but he doesn't actually get to see that.

As for HW, in his eyes HI treats him just as badly as the rest of her family. He feels alone inside that house and even at work. He knows if he gets a divorce her family will ruin his life and his family's. I don't blame him for feeling some sort of happiness at the thought that he will finally have a way out when she dies.

I'm really trying not to take a side, but even after watching ep 2, I still feel like I'm more on HW side because I feel like he has suffered more. It was his life that changed drastically. He's the one being pushed around both at home and work. He tries to do his job and they still come at him and force him to do things that will hurt others. His opinions don't matter to them, even HI doesn't care about them. It's him against all of them.

Hopefully we'll get to know more about HI so that I can start warming up to her more and more. Episodes 2 was at least a start.

Just started the episode.

HS recognized the woman in the picture because she was his music teacher. A teacher he liked, respected and would help out in class. He would even ask his mom to pack more food so he could share it with her. That's another betrayal for him not just his dad's. Just let the man die!

I need them to stop showing SH2 so loving and caring to SH1 because if he really started cheating before their son was killed I need to start hating him, so please confirm that now.

I'm going to believe in the neighbor and say she's not the other woman but a witness. I think she was honest with SH1 during their conversation and after that I just can't see her having an affair with SH2.

YR is the one that looks more suspicious. Their whole conversation at the cafe and her even telling SH1 that she's the only one for SH2 that she can guarantee it cause she's seen it. There were times where it looked like YR was trying to hold back and not show her anger.

It was a good start, but sometimes it did feel like too much was happening.

I can't even imagine living in that house. This is one of those rare occasions where the "money doesn't buy happiness" applies. This is why I say I don't want to be a millionaire+ I just want enough to live comfortably. Anyway!!

HI loves HW but hates that he put distance between them. You can see she wants him to care and get close to her but honestly with everything he goes through living and working with that family how can he? His safe/comfort space should be with HI but with her cold personality she has made him hate her. She doesn't like others bullying him but she's just as bad as them. For now we've only seen his pov, so hopefully in the next episode we get hers.

Seems like the majority think she's lying about only having 3 months left and the same thing crossed my mind. Not that I want her to die, but hopefully it's not something she lied about.

I think CW had a crush on JH before she got married and now she's falling in love so she wouldn't marry DH just to help him. They also mentioned she was JH's first love, but after all this time those feelings are probably gone and he just likes to flirt with her.

Her son died July 2015 so I'm guessing she went to jail the same year. Guess it depends on how long the 2 trials took.

I forgot this has 10 more episodes that's why we're going to have some of the married life scenes.

I forgot to look at the date. The picture at least was taken when she was in prison. Now to wait and see when did that "affair" start.

Ah! I forgot about the date. I think their son died in 2015 and the picture I think said December 2016. If I'm remembering the dates correctly then she was in jail. That gives hope that he didn't cheat while they were married.

I didn't want them to go the cheating route but they did. I will never understand how someone can supposedly love their significant other and still cheat. In this case Su Ho truly looked in love, both in the past and present time. He looked devastated and heartbroken because Su Hyun pushed him away and didn't ask him to stay. He also desperately wanted to help her, so how? Some say out of guilt, but damn that didn't look like guilt. Even now, it's been 7 years and he still wanted to go back to her. They're divorced so he was free and he even said he tried to be with someone else. Anyway! He cheated now it'll be up to her to see if she can forgive him and decide if she continues the relationship or ends it.

The neighbor knows something. I don't think she's the other woman but she knows who it is. 7 years ago when Su Hyun came back unexpectedly the neighbor had a strange look on her face. She probably knew the other woman was inside the house. The main suspect is Yu Ri, which sucks cause that's another betrayal, but once again I will hope for them to not disappoint me.

Now, more than ever I wish we were getting romance between Su Hyun and Seon Yul, but yes, I already know that won't happen.
