I can't believe the FL's mom is the same actress from TRHC. I mean, I already knew she was in this drama but she looks completely different. It's a whole different vibe.
I've seen other dramas from the FL and the 2 young actors, but this is my first drama of the ML. Let's see how it goes.
I get SY wanting revenge, but he's taking it a little too far. I'll say it again...let's say it turns out his dad didn't kill her son and he got paid to take the blame, as a dad of a son who had heart problems, he could've felt bad for SH1 losing her child and apologize to her. Even if it wasn't his fault, it wouldn't have hurt him in any way to try to comfort her. Even if he didn't kill her son, he was helping the real killer get out of jail and prevent the grieving family from getting justice. He willingly helped the killer so the least he could've done was apologized. Instead every word out of his mouth was said to cause her more pain. A good person wouldn't have done that to someone who just lost their son. An apology is all she wanted and he would still be alive if he had given it.
does anyone know the airing schedule on viki in the uk bc the first ep comes out tomorrow?
My experience with weekend dramas is that it usually takes around 8 hours to get subs. So for me the raw episode is available Saturday morning, but the subs are out until late afternoon.
I haven't watched the episode yet, but I saw a clip where SH1 finally met MK. I'm guessing that she'll try to get close to him and become his guardian just like she started to do with SY. My toxic side is hoping to see some jealousy from SY's side. No, I don't mean in a romantic way, but in the he's obsessed with getting revenge and he wants/wanted to become someone precious to her to hurt her, but now there's someone else taking that attention from him kind of way. I know it's not going to happen. But anyway! I do hope MK ends up helping her.
I know some think that maybe SY's dad is innocent and just took the blame but that doesn't change that he was an a$$ to SH1. It doesn't take away all the hurtful things he said to SH1. How he showed no sympathy for what she was going through. If he was a good person he would've at least felt bad for her.
To be honest, I don't regret watching it. Episodes being less than 30 minutes made it easier to watch while I was having dinner.
Although I hated many characters and I would come here to complain, it didn't stop me from watching it. As frustrating as it was, it still kept me entertained. Honestly, this was nothing compared to all the drama I've seen in Mexican novelas.
Honestly, this is a very cruel drama. She lost her son and got Revenge, didn't care about his family or collateral…
We haven't actually heard what she thinks about this whole situation so I guess we'll wait and see. The difference is he's purposely going after her family members when he should be going after her only cause just like his family, hers would be hurt if something happens to her.
I kept wanting to believe SJ was innocent, but that one time I said he might be the villain, after they confirmed my suspicion of the mom's death, I said maybe SJ killed her. It looks like I was right, but was hoping I wasn't.
I understand SY's need for revenge because at the end of the day he was his dad and he loved him but he's acting like SH1 killed his dad as if he was some random innocent person when he wasn't. He killed her son and didn't show any remorse.
I wonder if SY already knows the Congressman was involved in everything or if he's blindingly believing him because he has helped them out.
I read a couple of comments and I think it would be interesting to have SY become obsessed with SH1. He's already the "villain" so a little obsession doesn't hurt, the chemistry between them is definitely there.
JA was already done living with DG and the neighbor gave her the perfect excuse to get a divorce and make herself the victim. They finally made her open her eyes to the way she's been treating others and it took 130 episodes.
I'm already giving in and will watch it. This will be my 3rd weekend drama that I watch while it's ongoing.
I just watched the new highlight video they released and I think this will be one of those dramas where I'm going to fall for the chemistry between the younger version of the leads more than the adults.
I wish they could've taken a little more time to show us the past before doing so many time skips. Maybe if they had shown us more of how TO and IH built their "friendship" it would've been more believable how TO had put so much trust in someone he was supposedly using.
