I've read comments in other pages saying this drama is too slow, but I think its going the way it should. I'm loving every minute of it, even if I end up crying every weekend.
I'm only on episode 3, but I'm getting annoyed. That one man helping the female lead who keeps telling her he doesn't trust the King. Come on!! He was there when the King tried to help her father escape, he was there when the King took the blame and tried to save them and yet he's still telling her the King killed her father and probably the sister. Ugh!!!
I'm very happy with the ending. I know the majority of us hated SJ and Yuri and wanted to see them punished, but that's our emotions getting in the way. If JS had gotten her revenge she would've regretted it in the end. She instead was mature and able to let it go so she could move on and start to heal. We also can't forget that for 9 years he was the perfect husband for her, loving and supporting her always...it was just the last year were he did something unforgivable. Just like the last scene says she doesn't regret her time with him, because honestly she wouldn't be the person she is now if she hadn't live through that. People tend to always remember the bad stuff, but never all the good. Now they can both go their separate ways to try to find their happiness somewhere else.
I'm hoping they keep the age gap in the drama and not try to make her older and him younger. I'm so looking forward to this one!! My husband is 20 years older than me and honestly I'm so tired of shows always making it seem like those kind of relationships never last. Or making it seem like it's always some kind of daddy issue stuff or money. So I'm hoping to finally see some age difference romance where they end up together and happy.
No matter how much they want us to feel sorry for Yuri, it's not happening. I don't feel sorry for her at all! And he should've known better after everything his mom went through. The whole JS being pregnant, is not really possible. On episode 1 she's preparing a romantic night for them because she's ovulating, but her mother in law arrives so nothing happens between them. Later that night she gets the text. Even when they decide to stay together (before she finds out who the other woman is) they are still in separate bedrooms and the relationship between is not great. So not once during this drama have they been intimate. The only way for her to be pregnant is if she also cheated, which I don't see that happening.
Soo, what I’m thinking about the plot on next weeks stairs scene is that maybe she is pregnant but loses the…
Not sure why many seem to believe she's pregnant. On episode 1 she's not pregnant, she's actually preparing a romantic dinner because she's ovulating (according to the calendar she looked at on her phone) but nothing happens between them because her mother in law arrives. Later that night she gets the text about her husband cheating. So not once in this drama have they been intimate.
I hope she doesn't go back to the husband in the end, even if she is pregnant. She didn't know a lot of stuff about…
She's not pregnant. If you rewatch episode 1 you can see she's actually trying to get pregnant, but her mother in law ruins the plans and nothing happens then later that night she gets the text. So during this whole drama not once have they been intimate.
I'm only interested in the main leads for this drama so can I just skip part 1? Or do you guys think its necessary to watch part 1 to understand the story?
