Honestly if ML is their real ancestor it wouldn't bother me if he and FL fall in love. There are 1,000 years apart. That's many generations between them. That's the bloodline mixing with other different ones multiple times so the percentage is very small if we look at it that way.
is there any difference between the youku ver and Netflix ?
I've only watched the Netflix version but someone pointed out how they removed the OST that was playing during their fight scene in ep 1. I like hearing the OST during scenes so now I'm wondering how many did I miss.
Is the episode airing schedule on netflix same as youku?
Youku has a VIP and SVIP schedule. For the first day VIP got 3 episodes and SVIP got 4 episodes so they will be ahead one episode. Netflix follows the VIP schedule.
I just hope we will not get the usual trope where the ml forgive his father at the end cause whatever his reason…
Looks more to me like the Emperor is trying to protect him by making it seem like they don't get along. Having him solve things for himself to become stronger and this way no one at court can defeat him. As for his mom, some of us have a feeling she's still alive and it's staying at that place the doctor mentioned. The Emperor sent her there to save her because he truly loved his wife and it was the only way to keep her alive. Which is also why he doesn't want anyone mentioning her name cause this way no one thinks about her and they can continue faking her death.
I've watched the first 3 episode. Honestly, I thought this drama would be more on the serious side so it caught me off guard how it was more on the comedy side. It took me a little bit to get used to it.
If I remember correctly, I read the first 30 chapters or so from the novel. It's been a while so I don't remember a lot of details but I remember liking how they became lovers pretty much right away, I think since that first night he brought her home. I remember liking that part because it felt different from the usual slow burn. Love might not have been involved at first but they were attracted to each other so they were able to enjoy their time together. I know dramas like to change things from novels so I should've expected them to change that part...which they did cause here they both try to avoid going further.
Anyway! Even with the changes I was still able to like the 3 episodes. This is my first drama of HMH and I'm liking him so far.
My hope is for them not to turn the little brother against FSG cause right now he truly seems to love and admire him and I would hate to see his evil mother and grandfather corrupt him. I also don't want them to end up sacrificing him. Instead they could have him find out what his mom and grandfather have done and give him the courage to help bring them down.
Ep 16OK, so the sml is miscast because how can he possibly be the owner of the death camp, when he, himself, looks…
Maybe he was supposed to be 18 so they used the same actor and the others where younger so they used kids. I don't remember if they mentioned how old she is right now but she could be in her 20s and he on his 30s.
Watched the previews and the Princess is really betraying her brother and her father for a man who clearly doesn't feel anything for her. Her telling the Prince she has a gift for him after he was about to leave her all alone during their wedding night just felt like she's trying to pay him to spend the night with her. So now I'm hoping to see him take the token and still leave her.
By now we pretty much have it confirmed that MY is the masked man. These episodes gave us even more clues.
Looking forward to tomorrow's first kiss!! I like how both of them are the passionate type. They match each other very well.
The last 6 should be coming out Oct 10th but nothing official has been said
Someone else reminded me the first day only had 4 episodes so most likely with the express package we'll get a total of 4 to so it might be until Oct 12
