I haven’t finished the Lakorn and I’m only on episode 10, but the thing that the FL and the village is doing…
Idk if you get there yet, but honestly everyone is in the wrong because the ML starts lying about losing his memory the 2nd time and ordering the FL around. The thing I don't get is they are just piling lies on lies to get back at each other or help each other. If you guys are gonna help each other, at least be honest about it. You would think after the whole scam thing and the ML losing his memory the first time, they would've learned why lying is wrong. But that's just what I think.
I know that this show isn't very good, but I really like it. I guess because the production quality is good and…
Right!! Like the series isn't anything I haven't seen before, but it's addicting and refreshing. The only thing that throws me off is that they are step siblings, but I'm enjoying it.
Idk if it's just me, but I'm loving the way the drama is going. As of ep 4 (since that's what's subbed so far), I like all the main characters. I also thought that cruel stepmom was going to sell out her daughter right away, but she didn't and it left me surprised and relieved. If you are reading this comment and didn't watch the series yet, go watch it. I like it so far.
I really hope this series won't be dropped. I genuinely think this series has potential. The first season wasn't the best, but I did like the idea of the series. I like school mystery dramas. For this season, it gives me the same vibes as The Gifted and Blacklist. That's why I think it has potential.
Before I start, I am trying not to give false hope, I just speaking my mind because like a lot of other people want to watch this series as well. I came up with a few reasons/theories this series didn't come out yet. First off there was a pandemic. They probably only got through practice read throughs and by the looks of it concept photos and such. Secondly, Nene went China to compete in Chuang 2020 and debuted with BonBon Girls 303. That wouldn't exactly give her time to film since she's one of the main characters. Mix also seems to be following Jinloe (which is the company helping produce the series). There could be the argument where he's still following them because they're on good terms even if they cancelled the show, but I'd like to hope.
This situation is similar to A Tale of a Thousand Stars. How it took 3 years before the show actually aired. The main factors being the pandemic and setting they were filming in.
Again, take this as a grain of salt, I just like to hope this series would be picked up but it might not because everyone is doing their own projects and have a busy schedule.
This show is good. I came in thinking it would be the same as all the other not so popular low budget Thai series,…
I was genuinely impressed too (for what it was). I didn't know what I was getting myself into since this series wasn't that popular. I like it though. It's a series easy to follow and it wasn't that complicated at all which I liked. This is the first time for me where a low budget and non mainstream web drama where the plot was good.
I think this a funny drama so far. Not anything too crazy. I will give a warning that this drama don't have the best plot and a bit all over the place, but in my eyes that's the charm of this drama. Plus the episodes are pretty short so I can bare with it. Also if your are going to watch it for the BL, it isn't exactly the main plot (that's what it seems like so far in the first 2 episodes).
It's been months since I've watched this drama, but if I'm correct the earring is supposed to symbolize marriage or something. Don't quote me on this since it's been months. I could even be mixing up another dramas plot with this one. I honestly can't remember that much about this plot line besides the FL trying to not get married.
But, after being uncomfortable with the lying, now I'm being disgusted (was that too heavy a word?) with Nakinthon's…
I agree with this wholeheartedly. The whole drama with Kin and the memory thing doesn't make any sense. I'm still trying to figure out the whole purpose of him lying about not remembering what happened in the village to everyone. And the story didn't make anymore sense when Lookpat trusted Krit so easily. I get that you don't like Kin like you used to, but trusting someone that easily and disregarding the warning from Thong and Lookhin. I don't want there to be a quick solution at the very end of the series between Lookpat and Kin, but at the rate this is going it will be.
I've said this in a previous comment before, but the thing that's keeping me going with this drama is Thong and Lookhin and their parents. I feel like Thong and Lookhin actually get the plot somewhere. Like the episode when they saw Krit talking to the bad guys or when Thong came to visit Lookpat and was about to fight anyone that messed with Lookpat and identified the whole edited recording thing.
Out of all the characters I was not expecting Ton to die.... From the first season, he was the only guy that stayed…
I was really off about Nat and Boy, but their break up was understandable. I am right about Lookmai and Jeff though. Lookmai really went out of her way to make that new Line account just to gain Jeff's trust. Also, I'm glad that as mad as Jane is at Pieng, she doesn't want Saifah to be mad at his mother.
On a side note for the last episode, I'm pretty sure we going see FOF perform for Tata and Ryu's kids. Obviously Tata is gonna be irritated, but I feel like she'll be impressed. They are just going through your average married couple issues, so I think they'll be fine.
I only watched up to ep 12 since at this moment the rest isn't subbed yet to my knowledge. I have a theory that Rung's designs were actually stolen by that fashion designer. It kind of seems that way because of that flashback (I think it was). Rarin was inspired by the voice in her head, so she didn't actually steal it. From the start of the series that designer seemed a bit suspicious, especially when he was around Rarin. I'm guessing it's because he knew that their designs were similar in a way. He probably noticed some connection between Rarin, Tan, and Rung, but didn't know how they were. I think Rung's memories of those events of her designs being stolen and we will find out that the fashion designer actually attempted to kill Rung rather than her attempting suicide.
This series is rather predictable so far, so I don't think my theory will be that off.
As hot as Yoshi is, that kiss was overstepping boundaries. If he was gonna do that he should've just confessed with the actual words then kiss her. He kind of skipped a few steps that's why. I thought Shintaro was bad because of those issues with the girls he was hooking up with, but Yoshi is just as overstepping.
I've concluded Yuu is probably the best option at the moment (in my opinion).
I love almost everything about this series, but I do have some things that the series seemed to graze over.
The parts I didn't like was when Shi De basically blackmails Shu Yi at his most vulnerable state and traps them in the room. Shi De's actions were actually creepy and scary. And before anyone starts and says it's because Shi De was concerned and wanted to distract Shu Yi, it doesn't remove the fact that it is still very creepy, stalkerish, and scary. It is honestly creepy and stalkerish that Shi De had that recording, but I know without it the plot wouldn't have started I guess. The whole trapping each other in the room put up some major flags and as much as Shi De thinks he's being romantic and stuff, from a 3rd person party it freaks me out that he loosened the door handle on purpose. The fact that they made a scary situation not so scary and more romantic. And they grazed over that part of the plot.
I know they joke about Shi De being creepier and stalker, but he literally is one. Growing up and watching Shu Yi is one thing, but following him around and stuff is straight up stalkerish. By now you think they'd do away with the stalkerish and creepy tendencies in BLs, but I guess not. Even a series as good as this one couldn't get away from that.
The ending on the other hand does bug me, but not as much because we're getting a season 2 (it's literally coming out in less than a month). And ending it on a positive note, the chemistry between the main leads were off the charts. I'm seriously excited for season 2.
This series was good, but if you have yet to watch this the main synopsis plot kind of ends in the middle and the second half is a whole bunch of misunderstanding love triangles lol. Wasn't that dramatic though. Also, the drama could've done with the whole aquarium sabotage thing, but I guess it adds to the plot in a way. On a side note, love the chemistry between the cast.
I love this drama, one of the best lakorns I've watched in a while. The only plot that seemed out of place for some reason was when Chaba's dad didn't approve of Thong and Chaba. I get the non approval plot, but I did not think Chaba's dad was so protective to go and kill him.
I kept this on the side for a while and if I have to be completely honestly the only thing keeping me going was the casting of this series. I feel like if the series didn't pour in so much homophobia and problems in, it would be watchable. But even for someone like me that tend to like series that no one likes and give the series the benefit of the doubt had such a hard time watching this. Plus I've seen rushed endings and this one was too rushed to make sense.
