Don't recommend

Happy ending but it wasn't worth sitting through, it was pure torture I don't remember the character's name, but the show had unnecessary drama for the leads and supporting characters. The drama literally was dragged until the very end, it has an obsessed high schooler who became infatuated with one of the male lead's boyfriends. I can't remember if it started off to be petty and annoy the one he was rivals with and later turned into obsession love but my god the male lead one who wants to be a celebrity didn't trust his bf who was a tutor it was part of his job to tutor students who hired him. I can't remember why he still continued to tutor his stalker but the two male leads get into constant fights cuz the wannabe celebrity let his jealousy take over destroying his relationship with his bf knowing full well his bf wouldn't cheat on him but he let his stupidity take over. The supporting cast I don't remember much just one has anger issues and the other didn't want to date someone younger and i think he still had trust issues and didn't want to let someone in cuz of his past. I don't recommend at all unless you like sitting through intense drama.

A captavating BL with a meaningful message

I know I’m biased, but I really loved this series. The entire cast did an amazing job, and the messages it delivered really hit home. It sheds light on how idols and celebrities in the Asian entertainment industry are often dehumanized, with toxic fan culture and agency control stripping them of basic freedoms. It’s frustrating to see how some fans and companies sabotage artists’ happiness just to maintain an image, as if they don’t deserve to live their own lives.

Celebrities should be able to date, marry, and just be happy without it becoming a career-ending decision. They don’t owe us their lives, and we don’t own them. Yet time and time again, we’ve seen talented people forced out just for wanting a normal life. This series handled those issues so well, and it really made me think.

William and Est absolutely nailed their roles—their chemistry was incredible, and they brought so much depth to their characters. I’d love to see them work together again in the future. Honestly, this has become one of my favorite BLs, and I don’t even know what else to say except that I’ll definitely be rewatching it.

Completely obsessed

I'm obviously biased when I say this drama has become one of my favorites for bls, they had so good chemistry that made me fall for their characters. The character development of Noey was amazing to see cuz he was such a troublemaker. Seeing Noey trying to improve himself was so cute. He was so stubborn, it was 1st for Thi cuz of his crush but when he started to become self-aware of how he used to be you can tell that Noey no longer wanted to be the person he was before he met Thi. He was so caught up in being too egotistical and chaotic that he never noticed the people he was hurting. It wasn't until his mother got hurt that he stopped and do better for himself and his family. Thi was just the trigger to get him to see that. Seeing them fall in love was so cute cuz Thi was so oblivious to his own feelings when he met Noey. I was a bit confused at the start if Thi had feelings for Noey that only Noey could see or if it was just a misunderstanding cuz Noey assumed Thi liked him and he kept bringing it up showing how cocky he was knowing he was good-looking. Eventually, Thi did start developing a crush on Noey as for Noey I think he was interested in Thi from the start especially cuz he was turned off by the idea that Thi could have been attracted to him. He looked like he enjoyed the fact that Thi was attracted to him that Noey didn't notice himself falling to Tho. I feel like Noey was projecting his feeling onto Noey when he would bring up when he thought that Thi liked him 1st when it was the other way around. It was only because Thi and Noey kept running into each other for the both of them to realize that were falling for one another but Noey was more obvious vs Thi was oblivious. At the end when they showed the time jump cuz they were living apart due to Thi going to study in another university I felt like they were rushing the ending I'm happy that Noey graduated from university and Thi and Noey got their happy ending but it made me wish the ending wasn't so rushed. The writers and directors should of given us more of a plot near the end. I doubt we'll get a s2 so it can feel complete but I'm just happy for Thi and Noey. If they hadn't introduced Thi's stupid parents who broke them up due to them not liking Noeys past of being in a gang and thinking that Noey was going to ruin Thi's life I feel like the ending wouldn't have been so rushed. I understand where Thi's family is coming from but they were judging a book by its cover without getting to know Noey 1st and refused to.

I know I might be hyping the show up when I say this is the best korean bl in ages but compared to what has come out in Korea in the past this is really the best. The story was really good and i knew if more Korean producers and directors would try to make really well made bls they would have so many fans all over their series just as long as no one dies or goes to jail. For me personally I feel like Korea has really great series in all my experiences in watching Asian dramas. They make such amazing heterosexual dramas but almost no bl series and if they do have any drama or movie's with any LGBTQ characters they are almost 10 years old. So now to the series I'm not going to be spoiling the plot so you can have the opportunity to watch it yourself but I will say if you wont be disappointed with the end. The only downside because Korea doesn't really make bl series as much and they tend to be web series they are relatively short. I wish the series had more eps and the eps where longer I think they where about 10-15 mins long so we can get the chance to see rhe characters stroy development better but other than that the series, story, music and acting was very good. As a person who got use to cringy, low budget, amateur acting and at some points questionable story plots I'm glad to see a more professional look on bl series that isn't just from Thailand.

Absolutely hated this version. I was not their target audience

I already knew I was going to hate this drama with how much they changed the plot from the Korean ver to the Japanese ver. I knew from ep 1. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz the acting was good but once they gave Ren's childhood friend aka ex gf terminal cancer it was an absolute nope for me. The ruined the whole point why the Korean version was good and made the whole series about Ren fulfilling the dying wish of HIS DAMN EX GF. That he wasn't even invested in Miu who he was sort of maybe dating who know cuz it was actually about Ren and Chiaki this whole time but you don't find out til the 6th ep.

I wish Asia would stop killing off their characters it's been played out since I started watching Asian films/dramas back in 2006. Right when I saw child Chiaki with a hat on and a hospital scene I knew straight away she had cancer and they where gonna kill her off. It's been done way to many times even in music videos. I was really hoping I didn't have to see that stupid plot be used again along with car accidents either with death or amnesia.

This felt like a completely different show, the shared some elements with the Korean version and the name for the most part but this is a no for me. I definitely don't recommend this to anyone. It was rushed on top of everything else too both in episode length and with how many episodes there are.
