I will take some points of from the drama, the last episodes were little dry. They lacked the luster and strength the episodes held until I guess 30…maybe cos they are time bound and have to still edit out lots of scenes but I have to say the last eps were rather disappointing. Overall it was a still a good watch!

I think by year 15 he means the 15th year of the emperor's reign, if I remember correctly that is how years were counted back then, depending on the reign of the emperor.

He has pretty eyes. Whenever he is on screen as Duke Su in The double, my focus is on his eyes lol!

I agree editing is really not good, sometimes I feel like a sudden jump transitions are not smooth at all.

It is not that boring, but not that interesting either...I feel no connection between the cast... it's lacking. Sometimes I feel like the scenes are playing out of order...kind of disoriented!

done till ep 10, looks promising hahaha! after watching 'Best Choice Ever' my feeds of YT and Insta were full of Xu Kai and Jing Tian and this drama, disrupting my flow for the other drama I was watching...all the actors are doing a good job so far. The story is also progressing in a good direction, and the push and pull between the leads is good and funny too!
