the grandma isn't dojun's father's mom, so it's easy for her to ignore him
She mentioned she had only raised him 'like' her own child for grandfather's reputation sake. She does not have the same love for Dojun's dad as she does with her own bio children. I think she even hates Dojun's family.

Dong Ki actor really impressed me when he brokedown at the end of ep 10. I actually felt pity for him during the scene, but then when I recall what kind of person he is - ughh makes me grit my teeth.
