I had a feeling it was going to be a fluff piece, but I was super ready for it as I love a good fluff inbetween long binges of more serious dramas. It was, not the funnest, waiting for subtitles every week that I stopped watching around episode 18 and waited for the remaining episodes to come out...but in the process I completely forgot about it. This article totally reminded me that I was nearing the end and need to finish it. I think my reservations about the drama are the relationships though. I like Yi Han and You You, and I feel like they were pretty solid by the middle (idk if there is going to be any curve-balls at the end?) and I feel like the second half of the drama is going to cover the romance between the side characters. Which is hard for me because...I'm honestly not a fan of both Kan Di and Zi Shu. Kan Di seemed very harsh but in a big sister kind of way, and then she disappeared for a while, and now she is back? And yes, Zi Shu is very passionate so she comes off very strong and she starts to get a clue throughout the drama, but she acts too much like a kid for my taste. For once, I actually love the male side characters more than the women.

Yay! I am so happy. I've been in a weird slump recently, and honestly thought I was being a little harsh with the characters; that maybe it was just me and not the character actually being annoying. But I am happy you feel the same way! It's always a little hard watching something where the characters are unlikable. But Habaek was good.

I literally just posted a review for this drama right after yours - I feel the same way about everything you said about the characters! Actually, I agree with most of everything!

Unfortunately, yeah he becomes a major character the second half of the drama, but he is well worth the wait.

Sweet Dreams was such an emotional roller-coaster, but yes even though everything kept blowing up, it definitely seemed to have a very calm way about it. One of the things I LOVED about this drama was how it seemed like it was filmed in a dream state. Very light and delicate colors, calming voices (some), and a foggy/cloudy setting.

Amazing job in Strong Woman!! I think he plays my favorite drama villain!! I would love to see him in more things!
