Yes, there are many dramas that after adding certain elements are not as good as the original story. But I can still enjoy it as long as the character development gets better. If the character sucks, I'll just drop it and rewatch the ori story xD

Ah I see.. When watching dramas, I love characters more than the actors. So, if I watch a drama whose story is similar to an old drama, but as long as the latest drama has better character development for me, I will like it. Hmm I haven't watched all the dramas you just mentioned so I only imagined watching 3 versions of Nirvana in Fire and I think I'll love it. If we like the story line, isn't this like watching the adaptations of our favourite drama 3 times?

This is exactly what I'm thinking. I am really sad that the younger version of MC only got so little scene out of the total scene :( I'm really invested to their love story, I feel that their story is more interesting and refreshing at the same time.
