Started watching not too long ago and Prince Yeoning seems like an asshole husband
The wife became frustrated like that because of him and she was described in historical records to be a generous queen so what the hell happened on their early marriage?

The synopsis seems promising and I love Kim So Hyun as an actress! I'll be very disappointed if the writers make her character like one of those dumb bitches
Been looking for a legit serious political kdrama for the longest time and finally found one without the idol frills! So excited for this since a friend was raving about it and the reviews seems promising
Idk how many times I've watched this show but after rewatching The World Of The Married (another powerful character-driven show) I just wanna go back to a high quality heavy drama like this as a palate cleanser
I've watched this before when it was still airing and rewatched it on Netflix. This is a show that deftly puts to view some of the painful examples of a family breaking down. The emotions shown are ugly, gut-wrenching, and will make you uncomfortable because guess what real life is like this for other people. There really are outrageous lives of people we don't know or we think we know. Even the scenes that some said to be unrealistic were imo realistic because family members hurting each other are always the most painful and wrecking stories. I want to note that the son was really annoying but the reality is that the parents' issues greatly affect the child so it's painfully understandable why the kid turned out like that. Sure the son handled their problems disastrously but remember that not all people are wired the same way.
You never really know what you could do when faced at the crossroads of life where everything you've known comes crashing down. Not everyone can take the immense pressure and put logic above their emotions. This show portrays a magnificent study of human emotion and the realities of a dysfunctional family pressured by a society that prioritizes saving face.
I initially watched the first three episodes when this was airing and only picked up the show now. I gotta say this kdrama really aged well and I love the chemistry between the two leads.
I was already anticipating this drama ever since their Goblin airing and it's so fun to watch then fall in love again here in TYH because they're not cringey at all.
ived dropped this like twice or more but someone said in the comments section to start at episode 15ish plus,.…
If you want to get the gist of the childhood arc (important to understand FL) but wanna skip it, watch ep 4 then jump to ep 8 and then just start from ep 16 until you finish

I patiently waited for new episodes to come out last year every week and even read the books in anticipation
This is how good the story and lore is of the 3L3W universe
