Not all dramas from tvN and jTBC are aired in Netflix. Only the dramas they have signed the contract with, that could be from any tv networks, not just tvN and jTBC. Disney+ doing is still weird, which is only available in very limited regions.

As far as I know, it was always planned for 12-episode. Now this become a hit, SBS regret it, but they can not extend anymore. So I think season 2 is better option for them.
