I didn't watch any xianxia last year because i couldn't get into any, I've been in such a drama slump, i barely watched any mainstream shows in 2024, but this years
is going a lot better. So far, I've watched Moonlight Mystique and really enjoyed it. Then I just finished this and it was such an awesome ride, loved soo many characters in this show, even ones who were "suppose" to be villains like WJ, his entire character was just hilarious 😂. It's my first time watching DW, and I'm liking his acting, he did really well in the role, and the FL as well, i liked that you could tell there was a difference with her past and current self, especially because the actress is cery young, they also had great chemistry. What i like the most from this one was that there were enough time to fall in love get to know each other, there weren't a lot of deaths like the usual xianxia, and the happy ending wasn't 5 mins, it was practically an entire episode and it was one of the best in xianxia, it wasn't rushed or pushed into a special episode. I just wished we had seen WJ and Elder Tu's baby 😄

Does anyone have any recommendation of what I could watch next? Preferably xianxia 😊

I was watching that one where the FL doed miserably and after being reborn she went to the palace and get the emperor favour, I'm not even halfway through and it got deleted 😪 .. do you by chance have another link for that drama? Or do you know who the FL is?

This is forever the best version of this story. I have seen many other, none compared to this one.

I've seen a vertically filmed chinese show on youtube with this same exact plot, this one was way better and less drama. The leads had great chemistry, I've seen them act together before. I quite enjoyed this, if you're used to watching vertically filmed with the same main, you'll know how toxic they usually are but this one wasn't. I enjoyed watching it.

I've seen a good bit of her stuff, but the story for Lost you forever wasn't my cup of tea, heard too much about who's the ML or who should be etc haha i like when its plain to see hahaha😄

I'm not sure about copyrights, but it doesn't seem like they did. I read some of the discussion topics, above you can try there you might get the answers you're looking for. I might not be totally right, but this might be inspired by the novel, but because of copyright the story was somewhat changed and the names as well.
