In order to pay off the debt owed by Li Lan's father, the two opened a restaurant together. Li Lan relied on his modern marketing methods and superb cooking skills to expand his business. Not only did he pay off his debts, he also became the richest man in Qingshui County.
I actually liked it, whenever I'm in a weird mood I usually don't like watching anything heavy, or long so short length series and movies with a happy ending usually helps with my mood, this was really funny and cute. I find these movies where it's a series of stuff happening in a short time frame interesting.
This was well done for a miniseries of 4 episodes, i felt very content with, didn't feel like it needed to be longer, loved the couple, their chemistry and i enjoyed the story too. Definitely my favorite SK miniseries, i had it in my list for a while and was nervous it might have been heavy with the child's sickness, but it wasn't. It was well balance, i did feel really bad for the FL though, but again.. it didn't drag those issues and it wasn't heavy with drama, it definitely make you think more about celeb and who they really are, rather than who they're portrayed to be through the media.
I got to re-watch this soon, this year makes 10 years since I started watching kdrama, and this was my very first one, so it hold a special place in my heart.. I've also seen all the remakes except the Thai, and watched the anime.

oh my gosh, same here!... I don't remember too much from this, but from Legend of the blue sea, totally different haha. I have seen Legend of the blue sea like 3 times already, I was even thinking of re-watching it again as I just finished re-watching this one.
I'm rewatching My Love From Another Star, and I totally forgot Lee Yi Kyung plays a bad guy in that drama, now i can't wait to see him in this role, I think he's going to do great. Can't wait to see one of my favourite webtoon adapted into a Kdrama excited 😆🤗
