Awwwe.. i know those ones for sure. I hope you find someone really good to watch, that can ease your mind. I know it may not be as good as this, but even something thats a little sweet. Thats usually what i do, and it distracts me from thinking of what i just watched 🤭

The synopsis reminds me of a manhua i read called Hollabook Girl. The names are a little similiar, the story is very similar too. In that manhua, the FL loves book and design book cases, she teaches the ML who is also a movie star who has a mental illness/trauma regarding reading how to read. The synopsis is soo similiar.

This couple was soo different from the usual, they really did couples. They were mature, and you saw there growth and how they sticked to their true self, i loved that neither one of them were selfish, they were so selfless not only for themselves but for others, it was such a pleasure watching them. Hello, Came back to let you know.... it was AMAZING!!!!. every episode was engaging, you just never know what's going to happened, i have not felt this engaged in a show in sooo long. oh my gosh i shed tears at the ending, in a good way, it happened so suddenly, and it was just perfect and beautiful and the song put the icing on the cake, i left feeling so happy and content.
I have to say, out of LBFAD, TSL and this... I'd rate this #1 hands down!... those other two was very good, different etc... but this one, idk the it seemed so well put together in so many ways, i haven't seen a xianxia where i just loved the ML and FL so much from beginning to end, but this show the character are so liking, the voice was perfect for them, the acting was great and the chemistry was perfect.
i have given olden xianxia 10 before since they were my first one... but after watching so many this one deserves 10.10 all around and takes the #1 spot for me.
I love watching xianxia, I've seen so many of them already, but this would be the first i literally cried because of an ending... so much emotions and the song, it was so perfect.. usually i would want to see more, but i can't lie.. it left me tearful in a happy and beautiful way. Gosh i loved this couple so much, they literally became my favorite xianxia couple. I love their character, their love/hate, to companion, to friends, to lovers. The actors played the role perfectly and their chemistry was amazing, from beginning to end.

The break happened before the drama started like Road Home, after they were officially together, there was no break up. there was a part when she was going to accept his confession, but right before she did they had a misunderstanding, but they still weren't together as yet, Once they get back together (from the break up before the show started) there wasn't any break up, it was a very Happy Happy Ending.
Ohh yes, he went away because of his sickness, to get surgery but they didn't break up nor did they took a break, they were still together and kept in touch with video calls etc, until he came back.
So i think it can be added to this, like Road Home

I love this type of drama, and if it's similar I'm going to watch it without any expectations etc with the point you've mentioned.

Oh my gosh!!... i did!!. So, i wasnt sure about it at first because I wasn't a huge fan of dylan, but I've seen so many of Esther's drama... then I saw the ratings and decided I'm gonna just jump right into. I was sooo shocked, it was amazing. In less than half a year I've already seen it twice 🤭. Both The Starry Love and LBFD playlist is amazing too, i listen to them everyday driving home from work 🤭. We seem to have the same taste, I'll 100% love this one then. I really loved the romance and story in those two, and the acting was great too. They were both 10 for me, and a 10 for re-watch for me. 🤭😍
I don't know how i forgot to mention LBFD 😅... both my sister's aren't huge dylan fans because we all started watching meteor garden and didn't really like it and his acting there, but after I watched LBFD... ive been trying to get them to watch it 😩.. they did add it to there playlist though so there is some hope. Ive already recommended the starry love to them, as well. Will do the same after i watch this one.

I wanted to watch it sooo badly, but then kept seeing it was a sad ending so i pushed it aside into my plan to watch until i had the courage to watch it but now i know how the ending really is, nothing like I'd think from the comments i read at that time. I will surely watch this!!
