I also started this today, I'm on episode 9 and so far none of the leads are annoying, they're actually pretty good, FL she is very smart and mature

update - i'm just starting episode 14, still early in the episodes but the SFL and the SML i have decide to skip there scenes, i could care less whether they have some important scenes, but my goodness annoyed to the fullest after watching one episode with them, Haven't seen all the red flags as yet, but I plan to skip through whatever nonsense i read about lool

Am I the only one who didn't get SLS hahaha... I haven't seen any of the Male cast in any other drama's so I am watching this for Zhao Lu Si and the romance, other than if you knew the cast before. I think that's the only how you will get SLS because FL never showed any sort of interest in the SML. I'm on episode 17/21 for the first season, and so far she only showed interest in the ML and even told the SML she doesn't like him.. she never even showed any interest in him, so how did everyone get SLS hahahha... i guess it's from knowing the SML (sean xiao)from another show and then coming here to watch for him.

well to those who wanna watch, it's a very light romcom, not all that logical but good to watch to pass the time or after watching something heavy. if you wanna watch for xiao zhan, he isn't the main male lead, so best to just let this one pass you by

I agree, I don't know either of the actors so I'm not biased towards any, I'm still on season 1 and tbh I prefer the ML over the SML lol.. I think the SML is kind of extra, I dislike how he seems disrespectful to the emperor, but there is still more to go and season 2, so I don't know his intentions as yet, I also liked the ML more because of how shy and innocent he is.. I think it's so cute for an emperor. To me it doesn't matter about there other drama's, whatever has to be said should be based on the roles they play in this drama alone.

I love this for the sweetness of the main couple... such great chemistry, plus I'm a sucker for contract marriage/relationship, this one has tons of cliche, but it was still one of the better one's I've ever seen, main couple was sooo sweet to watch.
