Couldn't agree more! I just hope Kenta is okay. We didn't really get to see anything about him after the big fight. S2 maybe?👀 Would love to see what happens to him. Hope he found happiness somehow. I want more too!
I'm honestly gonna be ssssooooo sad when this ends. Like, it has its flaws, but it's still such an entertaining show that made me look forward to my Fridays. It has new cast that I have never seen before, Omegaverse which hasn't ever been done before in a BL series, if a series AT ALL, it took chances, it was different, it was love, action, drama, crying and laughing, and it brought Pavel back to our screens. I hadn't seen him since 2Moons2 and I am so ecstatic to see him on my screen again and he's doing a phenomenal job! I have grown very fond of all of the actors. I think it was a recent PavelPooh interview where Pavel said something along the lines of wanting to continue to work with Pooh and that more projects are coming and he even joked around about a PitBabe Season 2. So I'm hoping that we'll see all of them soon enough and that they will get their shine again!!
Just to say that aside from what happened in the locker room in the last ep, the NC scenes aren't even proper…
Kinda agree with this. It's not even just the NC scenes but in general there seems to be a thing with cutting dialogue and scenes in themselves short, cutting abrubtly, which means you never get to truly FEEL the mood of the scene before you're pulled out of it again. I thought the NC scene in ep 6 was so good. Pavel's expressions = top notch. And seeing Charlie change and become more dominant and s*xy once the glasses came off = top notch. But we didn't get to truly feeeeel it because it was cut short. From the little NC moments we have seen we can tell that they know how to do an NC scene, the vibes etc. but they don't really get the chance to show it because the scenes are cut short. Not saying that every NC scene should be highly explicit but still :)

Thank you! Yeah, I haven't even read the novel myself, I have just read a good amount of spoilers from people who have because I can't help myself and honestly don't mind spoilers LOL. Plus reading other points of views I can see different elements. First watching the confession I definitietly liked it, but something about the end felt a bit lackluster to me, as if more should have been included. And I think that's the thing. Sometimes there's that last little thing there's missing to "scratch that itch." And that puts people off. I'm glad Babe knows now so hopefully he and Charlie can work together as a power couple! (and yeah I have heard the novel has many spicy scenes ahahha not for tv) Fixing up the dialogue throughout the show could have helped A LOT when it comes to other people's confusion and stuff like that.

I came out of ep 7 actually quite happy! I enjoyed the episode and I'm so glad that Charlie finally came clean and Babe now knows everything that Tony is planning. Also pretty scared for Jeff. Someone protect him!!
I wanted to adress the "confession scene" between Charlie and Babe and spill my thoughts all over this post, so here we go.
I enjoyed the scene. In fact, I quite liked it! Like I said I'm over the moon that Babe knows things now and that Charlie came clean. I have seen a lot of people critisizing this scene, and while I do understand it, like I said, I wanted to spill my own thoughts and some explanations;
I think we are all looking through the lense that Babe likes his powers. Needs them. Enjoys them. Feels posession over them. When in fact ever since ep 1 they have brought him nothing but chaos and negative attention to his life. Yes, he uses them a bit during racing but like we saw last ep he is still INCREDIBLE on the race track even without them. Because like Babe said in that confession scene in ep 7; even without my abilities I'm still PIT BABE. He's still him. He was never defined by his abilities, which is exactly what Tony is doing. Tony is defining every child by their abilities and judges thereof wether they are useful to him or not. Unless in the bedroom Babe's abilities were useless to him, and he didn't even like it that much because all Alphas smelled disgusting to him. Also Tony took him in for these abilities and have used him over and over again, and are still trying to do just that. With his abilities, Babe is nothing but a tool. Something to be played with and used. Taken advantage of. But like Charlie told him; even without your powers you are still Pit Babe to me. Because the powers is not what matter here. With his powers, Babe has a never ending target on his back. Now without them, he is "free." No longer usable per say. Really his powers being gone seems like a good thing at this point. Babe cares SO MUCH MORE about Charlie than his powers, and the fact that Charlie is ready to die for him to give the powers back to him if he really wanted them? That shows a lot. Babe never gained anything but bad things because of his powers. But Charlie? He has shown him love. What it feels like to truly be loved and be accepted. Babe never liked his powers. Maybe it would have helped if Babe had said something like "I would wish I didn't have my powers," at some point in the series but yeah, not everything is gonna be served on a silver platter.
Now, here's the other thing; I find the dialogue at the end of that scene a bit lackluster. It's not the acting to me, it's the dialogue itself, the writing. I think one of the reasons why people are reacting so strongly is because not everything is explained. Things are being left out, like why did Charlie do it? Was it intentional or unintentional? Etc. This is not explained to the viewer. Now, it's pretty obvious that Charle dosen't mean anything bad by it. In fact he's putting a target on himself for Babe by taking away the powers that have made Babe's life so difficult, lifting his burden. That is why the scene and quick forgiveness still makes sense to me. But it would still have been nicer if more things had been explained to the viewer. They could have dragged out the scene a bit more and enhanced the dialogue a bit more so more could be explained from Charlie's point of view. Letting Babe know that he did it to protect him, and Babe being thankful for no longer having to carry this burden. That is why this isn't "betrayal." It's lifting a burden from Babe's shoulders, but they, through the scene and the dialogue, could have shown that off better so it came off more clear.
But now it's Charlie carrying this burden, and I would like to see more of how this affects him. Charlie probably has a good amount of powers that he's gathered from others through his life, right? How many does he really have? Dosen't that mean he's more powerful than Babe? Exactly how powerful is he? Charlie has made himself the target now, and at that, I would have liked to see more concern because....well, it means Babe is no longer the one Tony is looking for now; it's Charlie, which means Charlie is in danger. How will they tackle that? I'm interested in seeing!
Also I'm incredibly worried about Jeff! From my understanding, because of what people who have read the novel have said, Jeff is an Omega. But all the children Tony has taken in are Alphas. So is Jeff the only Omega EVER who has any powers? If so, that would make him quite special. Not to mention a target for Tony. And if Jeff knows that Tony is looking for him, it also makes sense why he's not telling anyone of his powers other than Charlie. He knows he can trust Charlie. Everyone else? Not so much. Anyone could rat him out and before he knows it he's in Tony's arms. Charlie didn't tell Babe about Jeff's power, and that makes sense to me. It's not his to tell. Jeff is a very private person who also have to tread very carefully. Jeff probably wouldn't be too happy if Charlie just blurt that out without asking him first, even if it was to Babe. Jeff needs to tell when he's ready to tell and feels safe to do so. Plus, like Jeff said, his visions are what will happen no matter what. Nothing can change them. Meaning, even if one knew and prepared oneself for what was gonna happen, trying to dodge it, it wouldn't work. It would still happen.
Last thing, about the Enigmas. I have read plenty of Omegaverse fanfiction and am yet to find a fic where an Enigma is present. Therefore I gained my info off of research. I think there should be more of an explanation in the show about what an Enigma is and what an Enigma can do, or else you're left to do research. I understand wanting to create suspense and you need some questions around to keep one eager for more. But I do hope they will explain more soon in the series :)
(also I am VERY curious about the visions Jeff has gotten when he's touched Alan, has he seen any or none? again I'm curious lol)
