Ok, I do agree that "Hell's door" might be an exaggeration, however, her misinterpreting the FL's personality might have been true when they were young, but they're already grown adults, and the second female lead just happens to be a caregiver, possibly even a psychiatrist in the psychiatric clinic, so even if she misunderstood the FL before, she could probably somewhat assume or even diagnosed the FL having an anti-social disorder, and with her being again, "possibly a psychiatrist", or just a caregiver working in a psychiatric clinic, she could probably deduce that the female lead having the disorder stems from her childhood environment and even her family (thus, the reason for FL hating her dad)... Besides that, they were somewhat friends before? so, there's also a big possibility that she knows something about the FL's situation, but obviously not the whole thing... Also, the second female lead being petty was already seen previously before she found out that FL knew the ML, like when she tried to give her the envelope... idk... but, regardless of her being petty or not, she seems very fake, very hypocritical... and that's the main reason why I and a whole lot of people (I assume) dislike her so much... but that's not to say that we won't give her a chance, cuz, who knows? maybe she really is an angel (though, quite unlikely from where the story is going)... but yeah...

Exactly, she has done nothing yet but most people could feel the bad vibes around her. My assumption is that she's very jealous of our FL, she's jealous that FL can do whatever she wants without a care in the world and probably because FL has everything except for a happy family. Although not all second female leads become evil, most does, and this one is most definitely already at the doorstep of hell's door. Also, we don't necessarily hate her, we just don't like her, there's something very hypocritical about her.
And I know I'm coming off as very judgemental about her, my apologies, but her character really rubs me the wrong way... like is it because of the way she judges our FL (I know, not that big of a deal, also very hypocritical of me seeing that I'm also judging her right now)? Or is it because she also likes our ML and wants him for herself (there's really nothing wrong about this, but I'm biased)? Or is it because of her LOW-EQ in judging situations and relationships even though she is a caregiver in a psychiatric clinic (this one, really can't be justified, no offense, I won't spoil so have fun)?... honestly, I don't know, but I just don't like her... He's not a womanizer though, the FL is probably the only woman aside from the females in his family taht he truly cares for and love. And the FL will prob be the only woman he will ever have. In the drama, it was mentioned more than a couple of times that he was the one that deliberately made himself look like a womanizer when in reality he's not. Like he wanted to discredit his own reputation or something. As to the reason why, it has something to do with his family.

Not only that, it's my first time seeing the male lead actually say and show his vulnerabilities in front of someone other than the female lead, he showed it to his life savor. I'm glad that he can actually own up and say that he's afraid and etc. on love and shit... the author really made the character a 3 dimensional person that is more relatable, not just a 2D character with no vulnerabilities. And of course, Leo also acted it very well, fully capable of expressing the emotions he had to deliver as Shangguan Tou. Applause to him and to the drama s far! I hope this continues!
