May be am wrong but i guess now it will create misunderstandings between the main lead couple. Its better to clear out the things rather than giving someone false hopes.

I guess that time Lee Sang Yoon actually met real Mi Na. They clearly mentioned her mark on arm and that peanut allergy which is not related to Fake Mi Na (Cho Yeon Joo). According to me that was the time where real Mi Na got to know about her clone (fake Mi Na) and started planning for the mysterious escape.
