Like most people who have watched Love and Destiny, I strongly recommend Love & Destiny to TMOPB's fans. If you're still unsure whether you should watch it, here's my comparison of the 2 dramas. It's still being released on Viki with eng sub (6 eps per week), up to ep 30 at the time of this post.

Yeah Viki is one of the few legal sites where you can watch Chinese dramas. Drama Cool is technically not legal. Viki's not available in some regions though, I hope it's there in your regions. This is the list of legal sites where you can watch Chinese dramas.

Ni Ni stars in a new costume/fantasy drama called Love & Destiny. It has a happy ending, btw. The new drama is a spin-off of the 2017 hit drama Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms. Unless you're not into fantasy dramas, you totally should check it out!!!

All Yanxi cast had new dramas in 2019. Xu Kai starred in the Legends, Wu Jingyan and Nie Yuan starred in Legend of Haolan. Depend on who you're talking about. If it's just the Emperor and Wei Yingluo then yes.

Probably because it's in HD on Viki so you get to see the beautiful cinematography?

It's a shame that the Longest Day in Chang'An is famous in China but not as widely received internationally. Probably because it's a rather difficult watch and global audience is mostly female. Although there're heaps of dramas about the Tang Dynasty, sadly many good ones don't have eng sub... yet. If only they receive as much popularity as those set in the Qing Dynasty...
