There is a love triangle for one of the side couples ( Shim Hyung Tak , Shim Yi Young, Im Soo Hyang) but it is resolved very early within 1 episode..
1) Ahn Jae wook and So Yoo Jin - The MC. - Its a secret office romance
2) Sung Hoon & Shin Hye Sun - The second best couple. The guy does a lot of things to woo the girl. Its super funny but they had it easy with no family opposition.
3) Ahn Woo Yeon & Im Soo Hyang - The SFL goes through a drastic character development. We hate her, we love her, we cry with her. This couple had to go against all odds similar to the MC.
4) Shim Hyung Tak and Shim Yi Young - They brought a little comic relief as individual characters but their romance wasn't that interesting except when SFL goes to the SML house to announce that she is pregnant. that was just hilarious..
Basically in 2015, after this change org petition was filed, the govt took action and made the directors to stop doing these kind of lakrons.. thank god.. otherwise I can easily guarantee that ML would have raped FL in this lakron also at some point of time just like what happened in KC and the FL would have accepted it saying she deserved this..
The drama was more toward business. I like these kind of dramas with subtle romance but the business part of the drama wasn't interesting enough..... The business men backstab each other.. but they partner with each other again saying... No hard feelings.. all is fair in business....
Also, I thought the ML was a fit for CEO role rather than the FL... He brought in the best streamer and won the contract with clothing company. He brought in the steady business but the FL was chosen for clearing the older inventory. Bringing new business is more important than selling off the old inventory...

I think you need to get the facts straight here.. ML was never biased towards her... If you had watched it carefully: 1) ML sees her fighting her school mates on daily basis. He even stops her in the very first episode. After which when she visits farm, he tells her that fighting is not the way out. 2) He then helps her issue with her parents. 3) He then helps her get over her parents death. 4) He then need to go back to college.. yet he comes home every weekend just to keep the FL company. 5) Then he sees her insulting his mom... which guy would like to hear them?? so he asks her to apologise.. when she is going to apologize they learn about the marriage thing... so he runs away from home.. 6) She follows him to college and does all the antics and then the rape thing.. The person who was biased towards the FL was ML's mother.. not ML. in fact ML always tried his best to help her... so when he was betrayed, he can't come to trust her again so easily.
Also you need to remember that, he was going to be on Rugby national team but he lost the chance bcs of FL.. he lost his dream and everything...
