Well considering the stupid ending.. i would prefer it's rating to stay low..

Ratings are dropping as more people are finishing the drama. .

I never said, the drama was not good.. i said, the ending was a disaster.. i didn't get a proper closure since their relationship never had a proper closure. They are still avoiding each other.. i mean the ML went late to the funeral deliberately to avoid seeing FL.. if they were really moved on... He wouldn't have done that..

We are not obsessed with happy endings..we wanted a proper closure. Which was not provided.. they should have shown the actors move on.. instead they were showing them still in love after years of breakup and FLs marriage.. which is ridiculous..

It's kinda of open ending

Well the ending is a mess... They broke up.. it's been 20 years and they still haven't moved on..struck in regrets... I would prefer ML to die rather than keep such a ending.. the writers wanted to keep the ending open and made a mess .

Dumb Plot... Dumb Villan... The ML seems to be super intelligent.. thanks to the dumb villain.. I mean I never understood why the villain was even playing these games with the ML.. He could have gotten rid of ML at any time especially considering his record of not waiting for shit to happen and to take quick action.. but suddenly instead of taking action.. he started playing all these stupid mind games. which made the drama very boring for me.

The villain never really struck at ML.. he was most of the time just defending... when he had a full arsenal at his disposal. I mean, if he had the power to appoint the ML as a doctor at the prison.. he could have transferred him to a different prison at moment's notice.. he could have done the same with his brother but he never made any attempts to get the prison changed for his brother. He was just sitting as an open target and getting hit by ML again and again. what a dumb plot..

For me the story felt completely flat... I can understand what exactly you are feeling... I had the same thing..

The ending would have been much better if he had died there..

That's exactly the problem here... they haven't moved on.. even after 15 years of marriage and a divorce, FL still loves ML... Same is true for the ML... If they had really moved on.. ML wouldn't have avoided FL at the funeral. He went late deliberately so that he can avoid running into FL.. Similarly, the interview scene post FL's marriage, also shows that they still care a lot about each other.. more than what you care for friends...

I can agree that the breakup can happen... and if they did decide to breakup.. its ok as well...atleast give a proper closure to the relationship.. the ending is an absolute mess... they tried to keep the viewers who like happy ending satisfied... that's why they showed FL is divorced in a single line of their discussion and they showed that they still love each other.. this is what most people are hating... that the closure was not made properly..

That's true enough.. I think the last 2 episodes were huge let down.. I knew it was going to be sad ending ever since he congratulated FL on her marriage... I just didn't think that they will make a mess of things.. For me personally, the writer wasn't able to keep up with the 3 timelines and made mess of things..

Still..i mean you don't marry someone without moving on... I can understand that she might think that it would have been better if she waited for ML post divorce.. but still doesn't explain, how she kept all those stuff being married to another guy .

I think what everyone is forgetting that How is FL's husband "ok" with her still keeping all the things of her first love with her and reminiscing about them.. i mean, we were shown so many things from ML still with FL.... I think that's the problem with the drama.. they got too focused on ML & FL and didn't even show a proper move on... If they had actually moved on, why ML arrrived at the funeral after everyone left? Why he kept avoiding the FL till the very end? To show their love.. the writer didn't do justice to their breakup..

Just go the last scene where she goes to the tunnel after finding the last diary..

She said it herself at the last tunnel scene that she regrets ..

He might not be important to the storyline.. but thier breakup was rushed and without adequate reasons..

Seriously?? The way they ended it.. showing that the FL is still regretting the break up after 15 years of her marriage? What does it say?

That's exactly my point.. They were still 21 & 25.. still just getting their career started. They should have held out for a couple more years before starting to plan this .. instead of going on a straight up breakup... Also the FL even after marriage and kids still thinks about him ? Does that even makes sense? How come her husband is ok with it?? Even she named her shop after him... If they till can't move on from each other.. why breakup ? It's clear from the last scene that both of them haven't moved on...

For me the problem was not the sad ending.. i have many favourites of mine which end on a sad note... For me the problem was the reason they broke up... Considering their strong relationship.. i just couldn't understand how few months of spending apart plummeted down their relationship so bad .... For me it wouldn't have mattered if they killed ML at that 9/11 attack.. instead of showing such a stupid breakup

Just wait and watch.. it will go down below 8.4 as more people complete the drama
