Am i the only one who thought this drama was too much Melo?? I think city hunter is very lacking compared to Vagabond and Healer.

The male lead who died was the Prosecutor.. Not the city hunter.

The book which was published clarified the position that they met after her death. So how in the world did the public misunderstood that? The book even had a very specific conversation that FL had with the doctor where he explained to her about his dead first love. Which even clarifies that they didn't knew each other. Also the book shows his 8 years after death of his lover. So the public should know what the guy went through after her death. According to me the writer of this drama lost his common sense and forced a kdrama cliche.

I agree with what you said. However Ha Jin decided to stay with him. They resolved the issue that he is ex of his dead friend. Also I don't understand what is wrong with dating ex of dead friend when they never met each other before.

The problem for me was the fan's reaction. I didn't understand that part at all. I could have understood their reaction if her friend was alive but she has been dead for 8 years now. It was the reason why they breakup with each other. However they get back together as soon as she came back, and now suddenly the fan's and media reaction is positive. That 180 degree change in the public opinion was just absurd.

I think most of the viewers will agree with that.. It was unbearable..

To me the reaction of their fans itself is too much. I mean they started dating after 8 years of their friends death. Whats wrong with that? I mean seriously.. I literally skipped through the last 3 episodes ( 30-32).. They were completely illogical and absurd.

Did the FL cheat on the ML? I read somewhere that she cheated on him. Can anyone confirm?

It all depends upon.. how many people watch it on netflix. If the numbers are enough.. Netflix will push for season 2.

Obviously.. it is for Season 2. You can't expect anything else from a Netflix Series.

I had the exact same feeling. The drama lost its pace after ep 12. We all know why the FL was leaving the ML but they spent a lot of time explaining that she was leaving for her own benefit which was unnecessary. They could have just skipped forward 1 year there because we all know why she was leaving.

Not just the media. They showed us a disgusting world of victim shaming where even public was blaming the act of self defense. The people couldn't even support a 16 year old boy who reported his own father and provided testimony in the court (which was right thing to do). After that he even went on to become a police officer.

I liked the child actors more than the adult actors... do you guys agree??

One of the possible reason could be the victim shaming. The drama takes it too far in that aspect. They even shame the act of self defense in one of the scenes.

@Fuj it is underrated bcs the story after EP10 just crashes down. After EP 10, it was like we were seeing the FL in love with two people. I never felt that FL ever loved the ML It was like he was the only left beside and she didn't have a choice. Her love for SL seemed more real to me. We never get to see the main couple in passionate chemistry that show their love. They both were more passionate with SL's. Even till EP 16, we can see that the FL still loves SL so how do we even believe that the main couple are in love?.

Its obvious that its her best friend.. Knew it from the first episode..

If it is because of the lawyer who impregnated the girl, trust me and watech further.. i dont want to spoil but its a misunderstanding...
