I think its not such a good thing to not know the history and still trying to defend it. Ofc it's not trying to iffend anybody so I I understand why ppl get upset but I also can understand koreans pov. Just 2 episodes are out. The nsa weren't actually glorified so I don't get the whole point hahahah koreans might change their opinions when the nsa are proven to be the bad guys here. Its meant to be fiction but it still has real life aspects tho. Let's just wait and see the next days and episodes. Dont know if you know about Joeson exorcist but koreans also took down that drama after only 3 episodes aired. It's really not about international fans or big kpop idols here. They really don't care about that. If this will stop airing because of the petition, it won't be the first drama to do so. A few of the cast members of joeson exorcist even got injured. That really wasn't important for them and at the end it's their country so we can't really say anything imo

Move to heaven was such a great drama. The story, cinematography, characters were really good. It was so sad. I'd highly recommend it !!

I didn't knew about the 500 ppl. How many ppl rated this isnt shown on my app. A few months ago a lot of ratings went down on mdl and they said ppl gotta wtach a certain amount of episodes to get it rated tho. So it won't be really counted until a few more episodes are out. Do you know that?

It's normal. 9.5 is uncommon and.probabaly a glitch. Highest rated has a rating of 9.2 (running man, move to heaven e.g). Also mdl does not count rating when you haven't watched a certain amount of episodes. I mean just one episode is out so how can it be 9.5. It's probably gonna be down more and if you look closely it says its rated #28k so even if its now 9.5 its still in place 28k. So not counting. You can go on running man mdl page it says rated #1

Soo I gotta disagree with a few kpop fans or blinks jisoo was not really that good how you guys express it. She was good for a rookie actress, but still had some overreacting in her scenes. The first episode was interesting. What made the story was not the cast but the characters which are all very interesting. The director and writer did not disappoint after their hit drama sky castle. The ost was also very well chosen. Kim hye Yoon is again one funny but also slightly annoying character. I hope she wins best supporting actress at the baeksang next year

Kdtama watchers waiting for this for the a list cast and the writer director duo tho. We are hyped bc of the story. So I think even without jisoo it would have gotten a proper hype not that big ofc but many ppl would have been hyped for it

I actually saw more unbiased opinions than biased ones. Many gave the first episode a high rating but not a 10/10 and also explained why and how jisoos acting is. And 9.5 is ofc high but that's not counted since nor all episodes are out. On the left side it says snowdrop is rated number 28k or sth. Mdl starts counting the ratings after a certain amount of episodes are watched. Running man is the highest rated show on this drama with a rating of 9.2. Better days and move to heaven also have a rating of 9.2. Its really hard getting such a high rating. Imitation had the same situation like snowdrop. After the first episode it had a rating of like 9.6 but it's not the right one. if you check the rating out now its a different one lol so it's definitely gonna drop and this is probably a glitch since mdl didn't really counted the rating yet. Its funny how you said 'if I get on someone's bad side' just bc of one actress we kdrama watchers can't even state our opinion lol

Same. I'm not a big kpop fan. Listening to.some kpop but not really a hardcore fan. I don't wtach this drama neither for jisoo nor jung hae in but more for the story and the writer director duo (Big sky castle fan) and maybe bc of kim hye Yoon. I follow kdrama accounts so I thought at least those would be unbiased. maybe mdl is really my last hope. At least I know ppl are rating the drama in terms of story, enjoyment and other criteria and not bc of the lead actress. At least the kdrama watchers do that

ACTRESS OF THE YEAR COUPLE OF THE YEAR' drama awards don't even use the term 'of the year' it's just best drama, best couple etc lmao prove they are kpop fans watching their first drama sigh. I'm happy ppl like you are speaking objectively. Ppl be saying their chemistry is mesmerising since day one and I just felt like it was a normal kdrama couple. Also so many saying she is such a great actress and is able to deliver so many emotions in her debut role.
