We were starting to get bored, but this kind of drama really clears the air.
Ikr, I dropped kdrama world bcz every supposed good ratings drama felt boring and so overrated but i cb for this without any expectations and WHAT a cb, masterpiece.
I want to say, Director here is doing an AWESOME job too so we need to appreciate them too. In the scene he asked her to running with her, they show it like he is her shadow, its felt like he is not real but still sticking to her like her shadow her guardian her wings. It's so beautiful, I seriously loved that sequence they are running together and the dialogue after it is sooo good too 🔥
I can say when i watch and rewatch this drama that i have never see in Korean drama such an intense and beautiful…
Exactly, they are basically worked out the script too, bcz heavy themed story like this with the slightest emotional moments going wrong or shallow or cringe, everything will falling apart. And imagine if they are not accepted this drama, seriously it will never worked out like this, it's so important to make romance here heavy, classic, mature and elegant to sit WELL with political theme, no one can do it like them both.
In Episode 1 when he help her to run away from those guys following her, she used her phone flashlight so she can walk better in darkness in mountain, he grab her phone and turn off flashlight so fast and said to her to close her eyes, well it's bcz her eyes used to darkness so she doesn't need to use flashlight to walk properly, when she opened her eyes again and see his face in front of her, its felt like all lighting comes from him, he was shining like a bright moon. Another thing, she used everything he learned her, she is a fast learner, she used the same method closing her eyes when she was running away from that hidden house in episode 6. It's funny she can't forget even the most simple things he said to her, that's why after that she lying down and looking at sky remembered the star he talking about and crying and we all know how hard she cry and kept things inside so it's made more impact on me.
In episode 3, when Munju fucked up Jun Sang, her BIL, he said he will cb when he have something to reveal and we saw him in airport coming back in episode 7.
Unpopular opinion : this drama is not as good as it seems to be . big flop for me . typical story about a woman…
There is nothing wrong in falling in love lol + Even as a die hard fan of jjh, it's so unfair to said kdw is stiff when he basically doesn't have so much dialogue but his eyes always speak thousands, well its so hard to convey your feeling through your face without dialogue, only good actors, which u can't find so many, can do that. Hell He even have different body language in approaching different ppl in his role, it's the way he treat them and u can easily SEE it. And another thing, it's look like he done action parts himself without double, he put so much efforts in it and I respect him a lot for it.

Same, I watched some of his works even old works 20 years ago, I never get the hype but man now I get it 😆 + He looks EXTRA good like never before in this one, like wow those heartfelt eyes, so beautiful.
