If the characters just talked to each other more instead of keeping it to themselves the problem would have either been solved or the victim would have realised the toxic situation sooner. That being said in a patriarchal society woman are taught not to cause problems and aleays have to look after the child. It infuriated me how the husbands couldn't be bothered to shush a crying child and expected to only play with them when theyre happy. Though Im glad that the show also portrayed a man with difficulties because that also exists. All in all a 10. God i tried so hard not to cry out of anger
