Saw it was from apple tv so my expectations were right away lowered. dropped after episode 1 and reading comments here. There's also so much medical nonsense in episode 1. You don't just walk out like that after getting hit on your head and passing out.
Uff this drama is weird af. It dodged my LGBT+ negative filter. Reading the Synopsis you might think he just mistook her gender but in the first episode they pull the rug under your feet by trying to sell you that he magically changed gender over night 😂
It's overall quite good but at the same time I somehow always get the feeling that they could've done a lot better. Also I didn't like her short hair at all, which kinda put me off the entire time as well.
Not sure what it is that keeps one going with this one. It is dull and its runtime is way too long for the little relevant story it has to tell. Ep 1 was so bad I thought target group was 60+.
Maybe it is the neverending COVID clown world making ppl enjoy this peaceful peace of romance.
11x80min were pretty harsh, not sure if I'll finish it
Interesting Netflix production. 1.5h per episode is a lot. The whole thing is a light take on prison life with lots of humor. It's more like a school drama differently painted. What keeps one watching is really that every single character is likable and played by actors that just fit the role so well it is insane. Also the emotional scenes are done well. His sister is such a cute character, would have honestly loved to see that one in its own drama as female protagonist. Overall not a 9+ in my books as it didn't have much Story to tell and lost quickly focus but definitely a watch worth.
Um..... the whole heaven angel stuff is half of the story according to the synopsis? Like going into this drama…
It's not really a story, it's just one element of it. Saving her from a car accident could've easily done otherwise, without the weird angel setting and even worse angel jokes. If you add such an element to a story it should add value and not be disruptive.
Doubt I'll finish it. He doesn't really make the star role, and she looks like just another crazy ahjumma.
Finished it somehow. Don't think it deserves 8.0. I guess people ended up overrating it cause towards the end it is actually good and emotionally. But otherwise it is watchable at best.
