Not really Historical but partial Fantasy. It's not long compared to most, so it's a good start. Honestly it really depends on the type of stories you enjoy as historical stories have many genres like Ancient Detective, Pure Fantasy, Political, Comedic etc etc. So for starters you can also try even shorter dramas like, An Ancient Love Song, A Familiar Stranger, Romance of Tiger Rose. None of these are too much time commitment and you can decide what kind of stories w/i costume dramas you would like.
