Based on what I've seen Thailand makes trailer based on things they wanna make. And later based on people reaction they decide to make it or not.
Like if u see trailer for Drak blue Kiss or 2gether, there are scenes that the actors have different haircut or clothes comapre to what gets aired. Or even there are scenes in trailers that we never see.
