I agree with you in many of the things you have said, marriage needs tolerance, empathy, solidarity and a lot of patience. All problems must be addressed, supported and ultimately resolved. Sometimes it can be done well, other times quarrels arise but in the end when there is affection and community of purpose things are resolved. With Woong, the problems were those that could be solved with dialogue, openness and understanding. The plot instead established a break and that's okay. As for the BaBi affair, I do not agree that it could have been resolved without leaving deep and perhaps insurmountable wounds. He didn't lie about the result of an exam, a heavy expense, a job problem but about deep feelings. One who sells himself a house to get away from a woman who has declared her love for her is a very serious fact. I think it's the plot that has problems, this whole thing about the trip to the States is pretty absurd.
