It gets so much better in season two of the reunion you can skip to there but I agree after watching ultimate note his character isn't that good

I found cross fire drama it's so much better than this one Bromance wise and with the same concept of gamers chasing their dreams also with a time travel twist

I just finished watching the drama in few days ,, I have a headache now ,,, it's good but very very long ,,,, it could have been shorter and more interesting
the problem was the draggy episodes were too much , they spent about four episodes staring at each other in their first mission
they killed nearly every one to protect the main lead
they paired him with the most obnoxious female lead ever
there are so many negative points unfortunately in this drama
but I like the male lead's acting and his own story was good

I agree with you both ,, I love ZYL acting but after Ultimate Note his link to Xiao ge was so week in RTSOP ,,, his character was way off from this WX that I really love now

I felt depressed after finishing it ,, it was really good , I wish they can make another season with the same cast ,, I hope Chinese fans can persuade the production company to make another one

Tried watching Reunion the sound of providence again after this one ended ,, IT'S NOT THE SAME ,,,,,, the Xiao ge we loved in this one is so much better than the mute Xiao ge in RTSOP
even Zhu Yi Long who I love his acting so much is not nearly the same Wu Xie in Ultimate Note ,,, I loved the characters here so much more than Reunion the lost of providence

I'm here after the ending of best recent bromance drama ultimate note ,, is this going to be like that ?? I'm hesitant to watch it

I'm not into gaming dramas but I like brotherhood or Bromance drama ,, is this drama have good friendship between the leads or it's all games only?

It's ok to pass time but not that remarkable or interesting ,,, the main lead was passive most of the drama acting like a king while he lost all of his memories ,,, some episodes were funny but not that funny or great ,, the plot is dull and gets draggy towards the end also the romance wasn't that great either

They confirmed making another season but may be not the same actors

They are not entirely independent but with different actors in each drama and them explaining the events in each one you can watch any one of them as it self alone ,, I've watched the reunion the sound of providence which is the latest events in the books then I watched this one which is before the reunion sound of providence in the time line but I didn't feel confused because the actors and the director all different

After the drama ended ,, the Whole cast with the director left goodbye posts about the drama on weibo ,,, fans are pleading to them to comeback for a second season but that's not yet can be possible with the same cast

The production companies are different with each drama of them that's why the actors and directors are different but the dramas are based on the same novel series

You can watch it as it's own ,, it will explain the whole arch of the series ,, there is no confusion when you watch it then if you like it watch tomb of the sea then Reunion the sound of providence

The Female lead is ruining this drama for me big time ,, she's so obnoxious and really irritating that I can't stand her every scene ,, and How in the world she gets to be with our main lead this poor boy

This drama is a big let down a very boring story with lots of side characters and the main couple not compatible with each other ,, I felt that Yibo is a kid to the FL ,, maybe a younger brother not a good love interest

Thank you ,, I've just watched it ,, hoped I would see my three boys but no ,, hopefully we will get more with announcement of another season
