EXACTLY my point that's why I'm thinking there's no way they'd create a parallel to someone who's not him. They've never shown Woo Hak with flashbacks from past, yes parallel but not like Bo Geol.. Start-up had a pretty soon reveal and I feel like the focus shifted from Han Ji pyeong trying to frame Nam Do San to be male lead . Which made it pretty obvious early on he wasn't the childhood friend. What's making me excited that if they are focusing so much on who is Ki Ho that means it's the male lead not SML and Ki Ho is endgame ....who is Bo Geol. Her early works worked that way including Pinocchio,While you were sleeping, I can hear your voice. She seems to like these tropes. Exception of one drama that's Start-up it's always been childhood friend lost to lovers

See the far fetched theory of Woo Hak being Ki Ho I get but it's obvious Writer wants us to think with Woo Hak that he's Ki Ho with the ambiguous scenes but yall did u forget?? Woo Hak is seasick, he never volunteered for sea cleaning. Bo Geol is a light sleeper but we have seen Woo Hak sleeping like the dead in episode 2. Bo Geol cut scenes since episode 2?? Plus Ki Ho telling about his friend to his brother?? Unfreaking likely, it'd be OOC of him if he did. No way Bo Geol isn't Ki Ho

No still when he was attacked his brother was with him . Which means it was post Ki Ho escape, which means ....he never went to the island

You'd be deluding yourself if u think Bo Geol isn't Ki Ho. The sound track plays when he's there. All his activities point he's Ki Ho. If he isn't . I'd say it's director's inconsistency with scenes to point to a wrong character atp

Agree but the writer has written only one that does mislead us. While the other ones like pinnochio, wyws, ichyv..these had the same symbolism and childhood friends trope. The last drama cleared up who the lead was as the focus was more on the other aspects. Which makes me think if that ws that big of a deal maybe We'd have been confused but. This time they're really playing us...which makes me sus that maybe it's Bo Geol. Otherwise..why play around ? Also I'm pretty confirmed he's the lead...the Kdrama World follows this order whenever the lead is the lead I don't remember seeing a drama where the lead was not the one and stood next to female lead..might be some cases...but ..let's see what this week has in Store for us !!

Agree but .. I'd find it bothersome that if someone else is Ki Ho and Bo Geol is in fact the lead .. makes no sense ..I can't just say he deserves to be with her when I prefer Ki Ho ..whoever he is ..like the romance will fall a bit for me atp... it makes no sense someone else is Ki ho if u freaking made a song about both of them waiting for each other. And the dad saying Ki Ho is around u ..makes it sure it's one of them and my bet is on Bo Geol.. The writer had written some good as hell scripts which are very satisfying...I won't expect less satisfactory stuff from them

We are not even halfway yet . They're building the story I guess. Not expected to get attached to a ML in 4 eps. I need more building of character. He seems he's hiding something. We all can predict what. The younger actor is coming back on ep 6 which means we getting a backstory or possibly a POV in ep 5 6

Otherwise making Bo Geol main lead makes no sense seeing we have no pov or non emotions on his face what so ever 🤔
