in drama don't know. in novel her dying and him going crazy was perfect ending. Don't know why author changed it.

I respect your opinion too but HE is not always good ending. Some character just deserve terrible fate.

there main audience is women and they like these type of things that's why they producing it. and Novel also has rape scenes. It was also popular.
