my point is that he was ready to bend rule for his nephew who betrayed Cui army on other hand LCF betrayed Zhenxy army

He thought of him as son. He thought he died and sudden he is alive there. I don't think he is gonna punish him. He was even ready to give his nephew a chance even he betrayed Cui Army but he refused by playing in hand of LCF.
