Yeah I wish I had more courage back then. He was cute and cool, and playful. Athletic like Sunjae, but he didn’t seem like the loser type when in love (I think? 😂)
TMAI! I remember having a crush on my university senior in Taekwondo club about 5 years ago. We called each other “bro/sis” (in my language it doesn’t sound like we’re siblings if we’re not blood-related).
He was our Taekwondo coach. But our story didn’t end well because I stopped coming to the club since I started having a crush on him LOL I was immature back then. 😭
Nahh don’t take me as an example. I’m losing my sanity at this point. 🤣
How to stay on this ship without losing sanity 😘: 1. Be a passive shipper. 2. Don’t overanalyse. 3. Don’t put high expectations 4. Support Wooseok/Hyeyoon as individuals.
It’s raining again in my city. Me and my colleague were walking to the train station after work. We both are fans of Lovely Runner (yes I was the one who influenced her 🫣).
So we started singing Sudden Shower and Spring Snow, imagining ourselves with a yellow umbrella. And we both began shouting “Sunjae-yaa!” like it was just the two of us in the streets.
When our trains arrived, we had to take different platforms (opposite of each other). I got into my train and was taken aback when she shouted “Sunjae-ya” at me.
Feeling embarrassed but happy, I shouted back “Sol-ah” at her. Believe me when I tell you everyone in the train were staring at these two crazy ladies in their late 20s who seemed to not have a care in the world. 🤣
It was kinda embarrassing but it’ll be one of the best memories I’m gonna keep for my older days. 💛💙
For Asians, it’s our culture to call people close to us as “bro”/“sis”. That doesn’t change the fact that Wooseok & Hyeyoon are not blood-related and they still have a chance… and sometimes the bro/sis address can be romantic yknow hehe
This surely can't possibly be better than Atypical Family. Just to point, Atypical is original, and Lovely Runner…
I’d say it’s unfair to compare dramas with different genres. Lovely Runner & Atypical are so different I don’t see the relevance to say either one is better or worse.
LR is the type of story that doesn’t need overanalysing or you’ll miss the fun. Some viewers got confused with the time travel plot, whilst it’s really straightforward and easy for other viewers.
I dropped Midnight Romance in Hagwon. Can’t compare it to LR too because MRiH is melodrama, while LR is romcom.
Kim Hye-yoon's 1,600 seats (for fanmeet) sold out in 7 minutes through fan club pre-sale only. 9,000 people were waiting on site & caused the interpark website to crash. It's a record-breaking record worthy of a promotional article.
💙: I’m trying not to be too comfortable or obsessed with my current popularity. While Lovely Runner was loved by many and it left a big impression on me too, there's no guarantee that public will like my other works as well. After 9 years of acting, I’ve realized that obsessing over momentary popularity or instant results doesn't really help me continue pursuing this career in a healthy way.
IMO, Wooseok has actually grown as a mature and wise actor now. I think this is one of impacts LR (that includes working with Hyeyoon) has on him.
Can my life turn into a romance fantasy after I got my hands on it? 😭🤣
There’s no Thai drama that’s close to LR but you can try “Blondie in an Ancient Time” for time travel tropes but less romance. It’s good though!

“A copy of 20 Again”… Sure, sure. 😂
The power she holds 🔥
