Easy 9/10 for me. Might be cheesy and corny but i enjoyed it (more than SHR) I freakin adore the FL lead!
To me, the romance develops quite well and less cheesy and corny compared to other romance lakorns. I really love how it focuses on history too. 10/10. :)
I started watching this on Netflix WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATIONS but what the heck?! This lakorn is sooo good! I even love it more than I love Thong Ek (if we’re gonna talk about historical lakorns here)!
I’d DEFINITELY rewatch it in the future!
Edited: nah, not gonna rewatch it maybe? But I love it nonetheless.
I can’t move on. He’s too handsome. Now he’s my lock-screen wallpaper, replacing Cha Eun Woo (can you imagine that? XD)
But why aren’t there many pictures of him on the Internet, like someone like Bright has aesthetic/boyfriend material photos but why August doesn’t? It’s frustrating when I’ve already fallen head over heels for him lol
Unconfirmed but I hope for just only that Episodes cause I'm bored with Actions
I’d like to recommend My Husband In Law (ch3), Sapai Import (ch7), Mae Krua Kon Mai (ch3), My Forever Sunshine (ch3), When I Marry a Stranger (ch7), Sapai Jao Sua (ch3).
Does it have a satisfactory happy ending at least ?
Hi, sorry for the late reply! I just noticed your reply. :’(
To answer your question, it depends. To me, although it has a happy ending, but it still didn’t fill up my satisfaction level. The journey was really tough, with tons of misunderstandings, but in the end, I felt like the ending wasn’t worth my suffering.
update: Lin is so annoying, all she wants is the inherit money from her husband's father. Literally no need to…
The irony is that things like this happen in real life. There are daughters/sons in law that are mad about their in law’s money. The fight about inheritance then continue even after they have children (and even grandchildren).
OMG I swear I did not regret that I decided to start watching this lakorn! It gives me similar vibes to Sapai Import. There have not been many lakorns that I really enjoy watching (last time I enjoyed watching My Husband In Law, Sapai Import, My Forever Sunshine & Mae Krua Kon Mai), but this one, so far, has very great plot, isn’t repetitive and not boring. Also funny on top.
Hopefully, it will not disappoint me like some lakorns (that started off well but get draggy and boring in the middle, then become rushed towards the end)
P/S: I realised that P’Ohm is so handsome. I didn’t really see it during MHIL lol. He deserves to get more main role offers in the future! <3
*sighs* now I have to wait for next episodes every week because I’m watching when it’s still ongoing. Hmm
Someone said this drama gave similar feelings like when watching A Love So Beautiful. ALSB is the only Cdrama that I could finish watching and really enjoyed and love rewatching it no matter how many times. So, should I watch this or not? Hmm
I can’t wait for this lakorn to air! I still can’t move on from August & Namfah chemistry in Mischievous Fiancee, but let’s see August and this actress’ chemistry.

I’m someone who doesn’t like dramas with multi couples. I like to only focus on one couple (two couples are enough but three is a turn off for me).
I wanted to start watching this drama but I think I’m gonna hold it for now.

It’s scary how money can ruin a peaceful family.
