I’m not a fan of Bridgerton. My fav Western shows are mostly non-romance because Western romance, for me, is too “explicit”. 🤣 Might be because I’m Asian, or because I’m too used to romance in Asian shows. 😂

I just started watching Cdrama “Will Love in Spring”. I’m a fan of the ML actor but I started it only now. So far so good though.

I’m planning to watch The Double, but I’m currently not in the mood for historical. But the reviews are good. Maybe I’ll watch it soon. Thanks for recommending!

PS: I tried looking for the lakorn that’s been on my plan-to-watch list for 2 years but it’s still raw without Eng subs. So I decided to start watching Cdrama “Will Love in Spring” (I’m a big fan of the ML actor Li Xian 🤭). So far so good! I’m recommending it to you, if you haven’t watched it yet.

I managed to finish Extraordinary You and I enjoyed it, though the chemistry isn’t as great as in LR. I just finished Secret Royal Inspector & Joy which I watched in 2x speed after ep 10. I put Taxi Driver on-hold.

Oh if it’s about that, that’s not a plot hole. The writer intended to write it that way.

The killer actor said it himself that we don’t have to understand his motives. He happened to see Sol and set his target on her, and he’d do the same even if it wasn’t Sol that he crossed path with (hence why he targeted on Sunjae’s stalker).

I like it when the writer decided to not include the backstory of the killer and second male lead, or it’d waste time and result in a rushed ending like most romcom dramas with side plot lines.

After all, psycho killers without motives do exist IRL.

So, It’s been 3 weeks since Lovely Runner ended. Within these 3 weeks, I’ve tried watching other Kdramas. However, I couldn’t last even 10 minutes into an episode. I’d end up losing focus and coming back to Twitter, YouTube and MDL or do other things.

I can’t even see umbrellas without being reminded of LR. When it rains, Sonagi immediately plays on my mind. I can’t go a day without listening to LR OST & Eclipse songs.

Worst case, I don’t think I can even hear people speaking Korean now. In conclusion, I’m officially back into Kdrama slump just like before LR. This is gonna last for a few weeks or months or even a year. 😌

Gonna go back to Thai lakorns. ✌🏼

Trust yourself. Give it a try until the end of ep 2 or ep 4. If you’re still not into it, just drop it.
