The description is totally wrong. But the series is quite nice.
Goes from light to dramatic, but has an happy ending.
A lot of controversial stuff going on in there, personally i think it shows a lot of the dark sides of the society in that beautiful country.
From the well known "you have to listen to your parents no matter what" to the contempt thats still going on against gays, the toxic senior-junior relationship in college and so on.

I liked the show. And Ton, especially Ton.

Dropped it after the second episode. Just not a storyline for me. So far its a lot of eyecandy and a strange story to be, or not to be, depends on what you like.

I really hate Dr Petch. Shallow, thoughtless, selfish. A toddler in the body of a grown man.

This was the first series ever that urged me to skip some scenes. But we all have different taste, so maybe what i skipped someone else enjoys.
For me, the main couple is perfect. It is rushed in the last 2 episodes, storywise, but the main couple had me hooked from the start.
The tired kitty and that barista with that oh so sweet smile. Saw them, fell in love.
The other side couple is awesome too! I so hope they will become their own series.
The other side couple... Na. That guy annoys me so much... Hate him. Really, i hate him.
The siblings are cute, they will grow on you. They for sure did grow on me, from "Naa..." to "Awww".

So yeah, no spoilers. :) Go watch it. Yes it has lengths. But thats life. And speaking of life... Solos smile for sure give me life.

Does it have flaws? Yes. Is it worht it? Thats for you to decide.
Personally i love this series. While at first i was drawn in by Rams handsomness and Joshs smile, i soon started to fell for Migo (handsome) and Andrej (cute). The story got a bit messy over time, the last episode felt like we missed something, but overall: For me, i love it.

Because Luo Fei got everything he wanted. He proofed that Captain is not ill. That was what he wanted the most.
He got some really interesting cases on the way, and he got to know beautiful Xiao Man. There is so much between them without words... Love it!
And at that bridge he realized that he has real friends. Friends who trust him with their lives. Who believe in him.

Still, would love a season 2, but i find this ending is very good.

This was awesome! I do hope for more, but i found that ending was totally fine.

I dropped it, didnt even bring myself to finish episode 2. As a fan of the manhwa i was SO excited when i found this! But that excitement didnt last long, i barely made it through ep. 1 and it didnt get any better. The plot is kind of the same, but wrong in so many things that it just ruins it for me.
And the total cuteness of Lu Han is just not enough to make me watch that mess. (Though i love him in Cross Fire!)

You like soap operas? Then you will love My Day!
I normally hate soap operas. But i still love My Day. The chemistry between the male leads is great. Skys friends are awesome. Parenting goals and how to be a bad parent, all in this show. A brother i would love to have.
A villain so bad and mad... You will hate her so much! The most mad villain in all of the BLs i have ever seen.
And a maid that is kind of a disney princess on drugs, but you gotta love Miss Becky because Miss Becky is just awesome!
(And a director with cameos, he is so funny!)

Its jut the most realistic BL series out there. So go watch it. And spread the word, because this has to be seen across the globe, by everyone.

I tried it, but... Gosh, i didnt even finished episode 2. Kian is such a jerk, i cant watch that!

I find it interesting how different people are! Because for me, thats a good ending. I do live for the crazy, but to be honest: It was not that surprising. HookUp had enough scenes where we all saw that Lukas is a twisted one. Henry said it in one scene "Well, Luke, Lukas or Lucifer... Or whoever the f*ck you are talking to me right now..." so he knows that his friend Lukas is not alone in his head. (Ep. 6 i think)
Only question that bothers me is: Why did Henry asked Lukas to look after Mark? I guess he never took the way Lukas was as serious.
I like Mark! But... he had no progress. Still the fickle one, demanding, doubting his Papi because of a message from a stranger, etc etc. He still is like a cute, hyper puppy, loving everyone that pays attention to him.

For JACE TV, its now MISFIT TV, we have to wait and see whats next. Since Unguarded ended just 3 weeks ago i still have high hopes that a next series will come. And i do hope to see more Marky Erasga, hopefully in a more versatile role. I think he can be so much more than cute puppy Mark.

And it shows that it really doesnt matter who you love. Because the hetero dating scene is no different... Fast food relationships, dating apps, a quick hook up and then gone.

That "its a common bellboy fantasy" made me so sad! Because all around the world it sadly is exactly that. For some its like a hunt, catching as many employees as possible, like a "hotel worker pokemon" deck of cards or so.

Startet out so interesting and then they just stopped the subtitles. So we have 5 pretty interesting episodes and then, well, nothing. Very disappointing.

Oh my, i am so sorry... I send you all the virtual hugs you want and hope you have many people around you to comfort you.
And i hope this new year will bring you (and everyone) as much joy and peace as possible.

Well, i like their acting. Everyone has own taste, for me the series is easy to fall into because of some awkwardness, like in real life. No one is ever so perfect, so for me that works fine.
And everyone has to start. The next series might be written better. Maybe we get a secon season to connect the loose threads.
Some people just love to complain and you never ever can satisfy everyone.
(A certain series comes into my mind, with a whole lot of side characters without any benefit for the plot and a main actor who more or less always has the same expression, but seemingly everyone is head over heels for that. So yeah, cant please everyone.)

(And not because we share the same name! But hey, that made me laugh!)

Personally, i loved this series. Yes, its low budget. No high glossy. But i really love it!
Its a bit rough, but hey, life seldomly is an even, broad road so for me that makes it more real than those "perfect high glossy" productions.
The actors are all handsome, the songs are catchy, for me that series is a "slice of life". You sometimes fall for someone way too easy. Sometimes you are just confused. Sometimes you make good choices, some times you make bad choices. Sometimes you took a wrong turn, but can make it right again. Sometimes you realize things are different. That you are not what you thought you are.
Thats life.
And all that is in that series.

(And yes, the first moment Danny smiled i was smitten and sold, that man is way too gorgeous! They all are, but i am all soft for his smile.)
