Wish he had given the boy back to the kid still that way it would be more comforting and the msg behind the series would be better. I genuinely believed you guys and thought Se kyung and Yihyeon were the end game in the web novel and they were being homophobic by removing the bl element. However, it turns out that is not the case at all, the web novel was indeed problematic no wonder they changed it. Someone debunked the lies and misinformation that was being spread. Someone came with proof of the chapter where the 47 yr old was s3xually involved with the 17 yr old child. Absolutely disgusting, that is literally a crime! Ya'll are unreliable and not trustworthy. Some of you bl fans who support pdf filia need to reflect on yourselves. Fiction or not that is not okay and should not be romanticized, makes us look so bad. This type of trope is damaging to our reputation and gives us a negative image. He should give back the body in the drama as well because he has no business dating young 19 yr old girls either. I am aware of the different sexualities and attractions that exist, but I think you missed my point. The reason people are upset is because majority of the bls depicts bisexuality as strictly liking females and one male. We don't generally see a bisexual character that is interested in more than one male. There is a spectrum, but they always choose to portray the 1/99 ratio in media which isn't very inclusive. Also, Idk if you watched Love Sick the series, but the message behind that series was kinda h0m0ph0b1c. The MC was clearly gay, but didn't want to be labeled as gay so he said "I'm not gay, I only like you". They wanted to portray him as a bisexual character despite the fact he was not interested in girls at all, not even one. This happened in a lot of series, not just one. They would rather make the character bi than gay and make sure it's a 1/99 ratio which is reducing bisexuality to a one-off attraction. So my point is that a lot of bls are either h0m0ph0b1c or biphob1c because some of the messages behind the shows are quite concerning. We want differing representations of bisexuality than the usual 1/99. Hope this helps.

I don't think that is the reason majority of the people are upset. They are upset at the inaccurate representation of bisexuality. The phrase most of the bl shows use is I'm not gay, I only like you when the character is clearly gay and not really bisexual because they are not interested in girls at all. An example of this would be Noh from Lovesick the series. He was not interested in females at all, but did not wan't to be classified as gay so he said I'm not gay I only like you. The message behind that series was lowkey h0m0phob1c. I agree that bisexuality isn't always 50/50 but it isn't always 1/99 either. There is a wide range which they fail to represent. However, 90% of the time they represent a bisexual character it's always one who only likes females and only one male who happens to be the MC. There is never any variation despite the fact that bisexuality exists in many forms.
