I assumed it was because of the queen dowager and his new title in court. Remeber when they where talking about how his clan had their hands in everything. When the dude he calls dad left i think he took over where he left off and the queen dowager is now bank rolling him.

I feel like the story itself makes up for it. He will go on from this project to be a lead again in something bigger in the future. He is so great in his role their is no way they wont give him something where he drives the plot.

Screen time doesnt bother me when the story is well written. Seeing the love FL has for ML is enough for me. I didnt miss it because i got to see the relationship between her and her ladies. This show is definately in my to 5 list and its not even over
their personalities and memories fuse. sometimes one will be more in charge than the other. Its a great show give it a shot it will hook you in the first episode. im on ep 18 and there hasnt been a boring episode yet.
