It seems we will not agree, As what I saw Thana was not active at all, all was done by the young guy. I believe Thana didn't push as he was under the smoking, was new for him. All as result of non communication between Dr Patis and Thana.

Yes I check and don't see it, take in account Dr Patis was regular for drinking wine but Thana was new to those cigarettes he didn't control himself. he shouldn't have smoke... The most important is the young guy was the active in the process. it seems we saw different clips...
