A breathe of fresh air, just like how soothing it is to listen to a good moody song in a rainy weather on one fine day in a cafe.
This drama gives me that vibe a lot. Most imptly, the most non-toxic thai drama ive ever seen so far. Its just so peaceful and straight forward, simple or shld i say a very 'minimalistic' feel drama. Its like watching a very long melo-romance movie minus the tragedy.
The leads were absolutely Gorgeous and their chemistry was awesome! If i had to pick out the cons of this drama, it could just be "too deep a love" to be understood by outsiders. If you understood, you understand otherwise you'll be cursing at your screen questioning why are they going back and forth if they love each other. But I felt that what they did was necessary for their relationship to move forward.
So glad I didnt give up watching it! If you are planning to watch it, dont hesitate, just go for it.

wow guess what? I barely skipped/FF this drama....its that good!

I almost jump into my laptop screen to just strangle janjeang & her crazy antics...but chill, luckily the story didnt go too twisted. Good thing is they didnt really emphasized too much on Janjeang's obession with Siwa so the drama was quite easy to watch towards the end. For the FL, I couldnt take her screaming and all initially, but she became soft towards the 2nd half of the drama (probably becuz she fell in love with Siwa) although a little stubborn definitely not too stupid as compared to other lakorn FL, it was still manageable. but true enough, this was much 'lighter' to watch compared to other revenge genre lakorn.

first 10 eps at least, i was watching with a suffocating heart (xD I guess revenge lakorn is too strong for my weakened heart now)

i watched it raw....im not used to watching eng subs for chinese dramas.

very cute casts!! the pretty ladies are really cute and the FL&ML have great chemistry and so good looking. this drama does touches on sensitive topic but it isnt much tbh. (Not sure why VIU labelled it as R21 xD) The costumes they wore is so fancy and pretty. Its a very different thai lakorn than usual...most impt No R*** scenes or highly abusive scenes (except for some slapping scenes/catfights) or sorts...easy to watch. Some parts are really quite touching.

ep 1-8 was good..until it went downhill.. such a pityy.y..but i understand this is like a remake from the old story so i guess the older thai lakorns were this extreme with their slap/kiss type of genre. if you still like to watch this drama, try to watch 1 to 8 and fast forward 9 to 13 and continue with ep 14 & 15 so it would feel like you wont waste too much time on this.

nv thought LGY would be so charismatic as a ML !! im so used to seeing him as a SML and now he has become a ML Im loving it!! B4 watching this drama, i was skeptical about LGY as a ML, I actually didn't felt like starting the drama, but now im glad i started it! He def suits being a ML.
i think its a Ok drama, short and sweet ... can be your filler drama after all your big pieces ^_^
BTW the FL lead is cute too, I came to know her in Emperor and boss..she was really cute in that drama.

yes! i totally agree! GGS2 is good but GGS1 better esp the chemistry between Niannian and Hangshangyan =)))

If you are the type that likes to see many couples den u can try this. Basically most of them have happy ending and have a partner.

First Impression - I thought it would be like sunggyukwan scandal or smt like this.. But nope... Only the concept of girl disguise in male to go into school and it's only the first half of the drama. (if u wan spoiler feel free to ask me) editing & story wise, very simple and very choppy editing and story flow... (probably because budget wise/production wise not very high) I cant say much about the drama because I basically skip ep 2 to ep 7 becuz i dont wanna waste time on introduction.

finally finished the drama...fast forwarded a bit as i think there were some filler scenes to cover the whole 20 episodes. It was quite enjoyable and not as heavy as other historical drama of such kind. Initially, i tried putting off this drama as i just cannot get over the "male soul in female body" kinda thing, but it got better once the voice over was changed to Shinhyesun.

I think many people didnt like the ending or anything, but Let me tell you, that is one of the most satisfying ending i've seen for dramas like this involving time travelling etc. i feel that this is the most realistic ending that the writer has planned out without touching sensitive topic but getting the best of both worlds. From what i felt, even thou the real Soyong didnt really appear, but i believe JBH and SY could feel each other's feelings/emotions/ETC.

The cast was brilliant & SHS acting improved a lot! Her portray of JBH & SY was really good!

wow never expected that scene @_@ for a web series it is quite rare xDDDD short and sweet! WIshed it has more episodes towards the end to show more love of the FL&ML.

back here after watching GGS2, coming back to relieve TN and HSY xDDDD Gonna re-watch this for the nth time xDDD

I cant get over the Main couple until now (its been 2 months since i ended the drama) TT.TT I just finished watching JiangZhenHan in DT. Appledog time and I just couldnt get over the fact he is being paired with another girl besides XLX TT.TT OMGGG, the withdrawal is real...i think im gonna rewatch this again for the 3rd time xDDDDD

the change from security competition to a robot competition can be "weird" for most GGS1 fans, but, it aint bad at all, im actually enjoying those combat robots fighting each other and it was actually thrilling and fun to watch visually. But compared to S1, definitely S1 had more 'atmosphere' due to the size of the casts, S2 was a little bit 'cold' as the team/casts was smaller.

P.S. When this drama was announced, i was concerned about the change in casts especially since we Appledog was a diff person and The whole Solo team was also different (In S2 the cast looked younger as well), honestly, for a die-hard fan of S1, you will feel uncomfortable with the unfamiliar casts. However, i gave it a try and surprisingly, i was actually glad that they switch the actress to LYT for the FL, because honestly, I couldnt imagine the original Appledog together with WB(i Imagined it and it was kinda weird) after watching S2. But overall, it was a good watch, although of cuz i still prefer S1 because of HSY & TN.

This is so awesome im gonna cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy TT.TT IM SO FREAKING HAPPY TO SEE HSY & TN do a cameo in here and we got a weddinggggggggggg..YAY!! I have watched Nth times of GO GO Squid and after watching this i think im gonna go back and rewatch it again..all the feels is backkk!!

A advice for those who were a fan GGS1, please do not link too much of GGS1 & GGS2 because some of the context is different in here. First and foremost, you need to understand that this is a and not a ...thus, it will not be totally similar. However, certain events in GGS1 is linked to GGS2, somehow, while watching S2 i could relate to S1, which is not a bad thing (I actually started to make my own story linkage with S1 & S2 which is kinda interesting).
