The first 2episode was messed up the story continued actually from episode 3 (so dont drop it so fast) i never seen this kind of melodrama before (its unique)

I can guess the ending. There won't be any solution for Hong Joo's ageing but they will be together. The end.
One is sure it will have a s***** ending ? it could be she ending up with second lead and he out of the picture but that wont happen he would anyhow be there again just like in other idiot stories for example the robot stories
