Correction....he sued the accuser who made a false accusations against him, and for faking bruises to destroy…
I hope you read about the case before coming here to defend him under the comments. It was proved in court that he did have s3x with her without her consent but the judge didn't give him a sentence since it wasn't "violent" r@pe which in my opinion, quite frankly, is bulls!t. Also, if you think her being sued for defamation means something, I will explain to you about SK laws. In SK, even if someone states something that is in fact true, they will still be found guilty if sued for defamation if the party suing them for defamation is hurt in any way (e.g. their reputation). So, it doesn't matter because SK laws are shit anyways.
The problem isn't the fact that he watched p*rn (he's a grown ass man for god's sake) nor is it that he accidentally posted it on instagram. The problem is the content of the p*rn. It's a parody of squid game where women get r@ped to de@th. The fact that he 'accidentally' posted it means that he must've watched it or had the poster saved on his phone. That says a lot about what kind of content he watches and it's honestly disturbing. And if you think this is not a big deal because he lives in SK or that all men are misogynist, then that also speaks a lot about how you're enabling men to be the kind they are. It definitely puts out a question about his character. And it doesn't even surprise me since half of the cast of Squid Game are criminals.
A great explanation! I was thinking the same thing just not in so many words and so well put like you did. But…
Oh, I've watched both go back couple and emergency couple. If this drama is anything similar to those, I'm sure I'd love it. I just hope we get some view into the FL's past and I hope Hyun Woo does too. I believe it'd be better for their understanding. I also wonder how they will tackle the issue with their family and her illness.
And also the fact she went on a date with THE BROTHER of said best friend who is also her soon to be husband (publicly)?…
And what happens after his brother and Ah Jung gets married? He's suddenly gonna start thinking about his happiness and make her divorce him? I don't see how the plot could go anywhere like this.
Do ya'll really think Hyunwoo is happy Hae In will die? I know it's only been two episodes but can ya'll please…
A great explanation! I was thinking the same thing just not in so many words and so well put like you did. But it certainly does put things much easier in my head. But I do wonder how the plot will flow because it's 16 episodes and I don't see any story yet that could possibly captivate me enough to watch for 16+ hours.
Yes they are in a contract marriage but they agreed to act like they are totally in love in public.1. A bunch…
And also the fact she went on a date with THE BROTHER of said best friend who is also her soon to be husband (publicly)? His brother is also really annoying like bro you want your brother to be happy but why are you imposing your idea of happiness on him??? HE SAID that he didn't want all the wealth and that marriage so why in the world is he manipulating both the girl (Chae won) and his brother? Now all of a sudden he falls in love with his borther's fiance? Make it make sense
I do not understand why everyone's hating on the female lead and the actress when she actually did a great job.…
I actually read the webtoon before watching this and I must say, she did a wonderful job. But, the thing I was disappointed about was the ML. He did a great job with the acting but I expected a bit more rounded around the edge looking actor for the role. And Ha Doyun disappointed me the most because neither did the actor fit the role nor did he bring out the emotions the character in the webtoon had. I feel like the writer took out the depth Doyun had in the webtoon.
To those who have already read the webtoon, do you think they portrayed it well in the drama? Is it worth watching even though I know the story? I'm a little disappointed because SYIMNL did not turn out as I wanted (it was great but the webtoon was better).
